Folks I really think you should see the episode before jumping to the conclusions you've all jumped to. Thapki was genuinely concerned about Bihaan and wanted to get back to him asap. She did say Bihaan can wait , he will understand but it wasn't in the manner you've all interpreted it to be. As for the hug it was in the precap and we didn't see enough for us to judge what Thapki's reaction to it was. Dhruv just threw his arms around Thapki unexpectedly and she hardly had time to react. Precaps have often been misleading. Think back how many times have we jumped to a conclusion about something depicted in a precap but only understood it better after watching the actual episode. Case in point we all jumped to the conclusion that Thapki would think Bihaan ordered the nightie but she didn't. And don't think that she is giving mixed messages to Dhruv. She has told him publicly and privately that Bihaan is her top priority. Dhruv is deluded. He is such an egomaniac who just can't see Thapki loving someone he thinks is uncouth ,uneducated and unsophisticated. The qualities he thinks Thapki should judge Bihaan on are not the the ones Thapki uses. Thapki loves Bihaan with all his shortcomings . Thats why Dhruv is preying on Bihaan who has his own insecurities. Thapki hasn't yet twigged as to what Dhruv is doing. Remember she respects Dhruv and has always put him up on some kind of h pedestal. She hero worships him not loves him. She is also a bit too naive thanks to Krishnikants molly coddling. So she hasn't yet understood that Dhruv is just as base if not more so than everybody else. She is in for a rude awakening when she realises but l for one hope it won't be at the cost of her relationship with Bihaan.

I agree with u that DS is deluded. But Thapki - I can;t believe that she can be as naive as you tell her to be. She knew very well how to react when DS says he is in trouble. Where as for Bihaan she just takes it for granted. In one of the scenes just before Vasus confession, Thapki was shown to not even realise that Bihaan fell but she is on her toes when DS falls that too some 15 feet away.
She takes Bihaan for granted because she knows he will come after her and believe her anyway.
Even when Bihaan had saved her numerous times, when she had to even touch him when he was gravely wounded also she would be hesitant. When DS has just faked falling also, she is looking and touching his hand all over to check whether he has been injured. Thapkis love is being shown as utter fake here. It would have perhaps been a better story had they showed this as just one sided love of Bihaan and Thapki is just staying in this marriage out of force.

Yes, she did volunteer, but it wasn't to spend time with Dhruv. Remember even before she came to Noida ,Dhruv's programme was a source of inspiration to her and to people who had shortcomings. That's why to her it seems more important to get the programme out than to say 'normal' folks. Dhruv knows this and he is using it as a weapon to derail Thahaan. Thapki has moved on. To her she sees Dhruv as just another person who needs help. If it were Ashwin or Sanjay she would probably help in the same way. Where Dhruv and other folks may see an eagerness to help an ex-lover she will have thought of it as helping someone who needs help. And remember Dhruv is a very smart and cunning adversary. He knows which buttons to press to get the kind of reactions he wants from everybody. Be it Thapki, Bihaan, Shradda, Bauji or anyone really.

Thapki is doing wrong with Bihaan but let's face it Thapki's character is like that only that she wants to make everyone happy so that's why she opted to stay back and finish DS's work she thinks as Bihaan loves her he will understand that she had to work a few more minutes than intended. In a way yeah she has taken Bihaan for granted but in real life also there are workaholics out there who sacrifice their family time and think that as their family loves them they will understand...😊

Agree with u... Even I used to be like that. Its OK in the general case where you do it way too often .But here the case is different. She has not just gone for her work as usual. She has gone to help out her ex- when her husband is cooking for her specially. That makes a lot of difference. Even then its ok if she keeps her husband informed. But here she hasn't bothered doing that also!

How true. We are more often neglectful of our loved ones because we assume they know we love them and take them for granted because we believe they love us unconditionally.

It is stupid for us folks outside looking in because we know what Dhruv is doing but for her she has no reason to doubt him. He has built up a lot of goodwill with his past honesty. Remember this is a well - respected , honest member of the community who never lied before. Even Bihaan agreed that Dhruv doesn't lie. So why would Thapki disbelieve him now. That's why I keep saying she is in for a rude awakening.
