Rey had brought a new mansion where he was planning to shift since he wanted to forget Nisha and whatever happened in past. He appointed city's best interior designer for interior designing of his new mansion. And much to his surprise, the interior designer was taani, according to his assistant, she was best in her field.
They meet each other often now, to discuss about the designs and other things in which she had to take his approval and they are beginning to like each others company.
"Hey!" They exchanged pleasantries and settled on the couch in living area of his mansion.
"Reyaansh, I need to know how would you like your bedroom's interior?" Taani asked him.
"How about you design it as per your liking. But i like my things simple, so don't over do." Rey told her with a smile. Taani nodded as she returned the smile. The small span of time she had known him, she could tell he was a perfect gentleman any girl would love to have and it makes sense why Nisha is still after him.
"Reyaansh, if you don't mind, can i ask you something?" Taani asked him hesitantly.
"Yea! You can, taani."
"How are things with? I mean, Media has been behind you off lately regarding your divorce, they keep bugging you. It must be disturbing." Taani asked him, looking at him through her lashes.
"I have been doing good. I mean, after divorce I am more than alright. But still it hurts to know you love, was cheating on you. And about media, i chose to ignore them." Rey answered her with a smile.
"But for one thing i am glad, there weren't children involved from our sides. I mean, It would have been difficult to separate and messy, off course." Rey added, on which she has to agree. She knew if she had a child with Ryan, then there were possibilities she would have chose to stay for her child's sake, just like her mother who knew about her husband's philandering ways yet chose to ignore them for sake of their kids.
"I know." Taani muttered.

6th July, 2015
Rey shifted in his new mansion and he was bowled over by her work, she had given him what he wanted. Everything was upto his standards and taste.
"Thank you so much, taani." Rey wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in warmth of his embrace, causing her to gasp slightly but then she smiled and hugged him back.
"I am glad you liked the work." Taani mumbled. They pulled apart and exchange smiles. The change in their relationship status, has brought change in them as well. They has become friends, he didn't treat her as his brother's wife like he used to before when she was married to his brother and taani too has stopped treating him as her husband's brother, they are friends now, who hang out together sometimes.
"But i want treat, you have finally shifted to new place. This calls for celebration."
"It surely does, and we are going to club tonight, to celebrate new start of my life." Rey smiled as he replied. Taani nodded her head in agreement, she has been truly living her life after her divorce, she was beginning to explore new things and realizing what she had missed by not giving herself a chance earlier.
She was enjoying being herself again.
