Chapter 4
"Kyu hua ye mere saath , kya kami hai mujhmein , maana ek galti ho gayi mujhse , agar main chahti to Kabir ko rok sakti thi , par maine nahi roka , nahi rok paayi . Agar rok lia hota to shayad accha hota , kamse kam mera dil nahi tut ta . Lekin nahi roka kyuki us din maine mere man ke bajaaye mere dil ki sun li , bhul gayi saari maryaadaon ko , bhul gayi ki main kaun hu , vo kaun hai . kahi na kahi Kabir ki haalat ki zimmedar main bhi hu . Agar main rok leti vo sab hone se to aaj shayad kuch to accha hota Kabir ki life mein . Magar ye dil , ha ye sab is dil ki wajah se hua hai . Aaj agar Kabir mujhe guilt bhari nazro se dekhta hai to uska kaaran mera ye dil hai , agar aaj Kabir mere paas aane se darta hai to uska kaaran bhi ye dil hi hai , sirf aur sirf ye dil "And she started crying more bitterly . Laying on her bed she allowed all her inner turmoil to come out . She was thinking that she was the one who has to feel guilty but here because of her , her best friend is feeling guilty and more and more guilty .
It takes two hands to clap , like that mistake cannot be of only one .She was thinking of all this when suddenly the door opened and a voice came
V-Tarini
She wiped her tears and got up from the bed . She went upto him with her eyes lowered .
T-Ha Kabir
K-vo Anuraag ro raha hai
T-oh main dekhti hu
And then she left , leaving a confused Kabir behind.
K(pov)-Tarini ko kya hua , aisa kyu lag raha tha ki vo kisi baat ke liye guilty feel kar rahi thi , jabki(he sighs)guilt mein rehne ke liye jitney kaam karne the wo to sab maine kiye hai(he sarcastically laughed and left from there to Tarini and Anuraag)
He enters in hall where Tarini was pacifying a 2 years old Anuraag as he wants to get up but when he tries his legs starts paining due to which he starts crying .
Anu-di uthla hai(uthna hai)
Tarini got tears in her eyes seeing his baby brother crying like this and she was feeling like there is no one as helpless as her . She was sad because she cannot fulfil his big yet small dream of standing up.
Kabir also got sad hearing this and he went upto them . He took anurag from Tarini's lap and started walking to and fro in the room . Talking to him, making him laugh and playing with his baby hands . He sometime swing him in air on which Anuraag giggles . All this while Tarini was watching them with tears in her eyes . A tear roll down her cheek which Kabir noticed and sat down beside her while Anuraag started playing with his blocks which are scattered on the floor.
K-Tarini , I know maine jo kiya hai vo maaf karne laayak nahi hai , but uske bawjood tumne mujhe maaf kiya aur mujhe apna best friend maana varna jo maine kiya hai uske liye to tum mujhe jail bhi bhijwa sakti thi.
Now Tarini started crying bitterly
T(still crying)-kis jurm mein Kabir , kis jurm mein tumhe jail bhijwaati , kya kehti main police waalo se ki tumne mujhe molest karne ki koshish ki ya ye kehti ki tumne hamari dosti ka faayda uthaya , (Kabir looks down) Kabir taali kabhi ek haath se nahi bajti , us din jo kuch bhi hua usmein 50 % galti meri bhi thi . Main chahti to tumhe rok sakti thi par pata nahi kyu nahi roka tumhe maine (she joined her hands before him )Mujhe maaf kardo Kabir , tumhari life mein jo kuch bhi hua vo sab meri wajah se hua , meri wajah se tumhari shaadi tuti , meri wajah se tumhare bhaiya tumse naaraz hai , meri wajah se ..
K(shouts)-Bas Tarini , band karo ye maafi maangna (he lowered her hands)meri shaadi tumhari wajah se nahi tuti , jo shaadi sirf naam ke liye reh gayi ho uska tutna hi accha hota hai , shreya ne tumhe sirf ek zariya bananya , humare us kaagzi rishtey ko khatam karne ka , aur jaha tak baat rahi bhaiya ki , to ye baat tum bhi acchi tarah se jaanti ho ki bhaiya tumhari wajah se nahi naaraz hai mujhse , to ye bematlab maafi maangna band karo samjhi .
T(now stopped crying but with tears in her eyes)- Kabir main apna aapko blame karna tabhi band karungi , jab mera guilt kam hoga , aur mera guilt tabhi kam hoga jab tum apni life mein move on karoge
K(creasing his brows)-Tarini main apni life mein move on kar chukka hu
T-Kabir divorce deke aage badhne ko move on karna nahi kehte , un kadvi yaado ko apne man se nikalna , use moved on kaha jaata hai , tum bhale hi apni us marriage se aage badh chuke ho but ab tum vo puraane Kabir bhi nahi rahe , jo Delhi Kranti ke office mein pranks kiya karta tha , jo humesha dil se khush hota tha aur dusro ko bhi smile karne ki ek na ek wajah to zaroor deta tha , please Kabir apni best friend ke liye koshish to kar sakte ho na
K(taking deep breath)-Thik hai Tarini main koshish karunga I promise , but fir tum bhi mujhse waada karo ki tum bhi apni life mein aage badhogi , tum bhi is yaad se bahar aaogi aur apni zindagi ki nayi shuruaat karogi , tumhe bhi mera guilt kam karna hoga Tarini , Promise me
And he extended his hands towards her , Tarini looked at him and lightly smiled and then kept her hands on his and said "I promise" and that time only Anuraag squeal like celebrating their promise and both laugh at this .
They were feeling better now like a relief had passed through them.
EVENING TIME
KASHYAP HOUSE
Talking and laughing is going on . Virat told Ananya and Trisha about his transfer and they are very happy . Virat , Trisha , Ananya are talking in hall while Anita had gone to a near by temple.
V- so my two princess kaisi chal rahi hai aap dono ki padhai
A-bahut acchi bhaiya , aapko pata hai is baar main class mein 3rd aayi thi aur dekhna next time main 1st aaungi
V-that's the spirit and madam trisha aapke kya haal hai
T(while eating cookies)-kuch nahi bhiya , main top 10 mein thi
Virat smiled and shook his head
V-hmm , aur accha ye batao ki tum log Mr . Kabir se kaise mile
Ananya and Trisha both looked at each other . They very well know that if Virat comes to know the truth he will surely go to RG Pharma and kill him there but alas they have to tell him
So they told all things to him, like how RG enters in house and tries to get the important file , how he misbehaved with Armaan and Anita , how Kabir sir entered and saved them .
Virat was shocked hearing this , he was hell angry , he wants to break the hand of that RG who tries to slap his brother , he wants to break that mouth of RG from which he insulted his mother like aunty , he want to kill him for making his family's life worse than hell . But he is a captain and he has to be focused and calm . He started taking deep breath to calm him down . Ananya and Trisha both notices this and sighed in relief as now Virat had finally started to control his anger.
A-bhaiya please aap shaant ho jaiye , sab thik ho jaayega
V-hmm
A-aur ha bhaiya Kabir sir ne hum sab ko alert rehne ko kaha hai kyuki RG aisi harkat dobara bhi kar sakta hai
Virat nodded his head in understanding
T-vaise bhaiya , Kabir sir kitne acche hai na , unhone bina kuch soche samjhe pehle Sudhir uncle par trust kiya aur unka saath diya aur ab Sudhir uncle ke jaane ke baad bhi vo hum sab ki help kar rahe hai sach saamne laane mein , koi aur hota to kabhi kisi ke liye itna nahi karta , not even a journalist
A(excitedly)-areey Kabir Sir to hai hi kamaal ke , bhaiya aapko pata hai kal unhone hume baby ki birthday party mein choda aur fir hume vaha se sahi salaamat vaapas bhi laaye , bahut acche aur genuine hai vo , koi aur unki jagah hota to aisa kabhi nahi karta .
Virat smiled a knowing and genuine smile .
NEXT DAY AT COLLEGE
IN CANTEEN
Ananya and her friends are seating , talking and eating.
Ro-yaar kal Kabir Sir se milke bahut accha laga
R-hume bhi , kal Kabir sir ne hume bahut kuch batatya kournalism field ke bare mein
Ri-ha yaar aur kal Kabir sir ko tease karne mein bahut mazaa aaya(and she hi five to Trisha)
All laughed and Ananya shook her head
S-oye Ananya mujhe tujhse kuch baat puchni thi
A(drinking her frooty)-puch
S-oye tu Kabir Sir ko kitna jaanti hai
A-matlab
Ro-uske kehne ka matlab hai ki tu Kabir sir pe itna trust karti hai , to tu unke
bare mein jaanti kitna hai
A(knowing tone)-tum sabse zyada jaanti hu main Kabir sir ke bare mein , unka first article , vo kaha kaha kaam kar chuke hai , unhe kaun kaunse award mile hai,vo ..
T-oye Ananya tu kitni bore hai yaar
A(creasing her brows)-matlab
Ri-matlab ye ki ye sab kitni bore baatein hai , ye sab koi pata rakhta hai kya
A-accha to tum dono ke hisaab se mujhe kya pata hona chahiye
T(excitedly)-yehi ki banda perfume kaunsa use karta hai
R-kaun zyada handsome hai Kabir Sharma ya Rohan Singhania
B-oh ji vo vegetarian hai ya non vegetarian
S-vo khaddos hai jaise log kehte hai ya genuine jaise kal humne dekha
Ro-kya kisi news ke liye Kabir Sharma apna imaan bech sakte hai
Ri(while putting her one hand around her shoulder)-Kya Ananya Kashyap Kabir Sharma se pyaar karne lagi hai
All this while Ananya was listening to them open mouthed , but when she heard Richa's question she looked at her in shock
A-Richa tu
"Ananya ", she heard his voice . "oh god no , ye vo nahi ho sakte "(she closed her eyes and prayed)
Then she turned and opened her eyes and saw him with slight embarrassment on his face
A-K Kabir Sir
K-Ananya mujhe tumse kuch baat karni , can you please come for a while
Ananya nodded and ran after him leaving a her shocked friends behing who were thinking what Kabir might be thinking of them .
Kabir is walking and Ananya is following him
Ananya is constantly apologising to Kabir while Kabir was just walking ahead , smiling at her reaction.
Then suddenly Kabir turned and Ananya crashed to him , she closed her eyes and kabir hold her by her shoulder .
They both stopped . Ananya slowly opened her eyes and found him staring her in shock and concern . Ananya naw saw his eyes and got lost in it . They are staring at her with so much concern that she was able to feel safe just by looking them.
Kabir was shocked at this sudden change of events , when she crashed into him , he just held her tightly from shoulder to prevent her from fall but when he saw her eyes , her innocent eyes , he just got lost in them. She was looking at him like he was his saviour , and today he realize that the girl in front of him is not just simple fan of him but a true copy of him who has innocence in her eyes but power in iher words , who is naive by nature but strong by behaviour and she just want someone strong to whome she can share her all feelings and the person give all answer to her question.
They both came out of trance and Kabir firmly helped Ananya to properly stand on her feet
K-tum thik ho
Ananya nodded her head in yes .
K(extending her hands towards her )-chalo
Ananya looked at his hand and then him and then again his hand
Kabir smiled at this and said
K-pakad lo Ananya , main dobara risk nahi le sakta
Ananya got embarrassed and lowered her head
Kabir chuckled and then firmly take her hand in his and started walking . Ananya felt like a current passed through her spine but she avoided it .
Kabir and Ananya are walking till they reached a deserted place where Tarini was waiting for them
Tarini saw Kabir coming with a girl but when she loooke at their joint hands , she got shocked and looked at him .
Kabir came near Tarini and left Ananya's hand . Ananya and Tarini both were looking at each other . Ananya in confusion while Tarini in shock .
Kabir noticed it and said
K-Ananya ye Tarini hai meri stringer aur Tarini ye Ananya , Mr . Sudhir Kashyap ki beti , actually Mr. Kashyap ne mujhe bataya tha ki Ananya accident freak hai , ek na ek baar to din mein girti hai, to socha ki inka haath pakad liya jaaye varna kahi fir se na gir jaye
Ananya got embarrassed thinking that her father had also told Kabir Sir about this , while Tarini smiled seeing Kabir smiling at her
Finally he is smiling (then looking towards Ananya )God bless her.
K-ok so listen now , Ananya maine tumhe yaha isliye bulaya hai kyuki Tarini bhi tumhare father ke case ke bare mein jaanti hai , aur agar tum Tarini ko apne theory ke bare mein bata dogi to vo is case ko aage le jaane mein tumhari help kar sakti hai , vaise to maine Tarini aur laxman dono ko is case ke bare mein bata diya but Tarini tumse kuch puchna chahti thi tumhari theories ke baare mein.
Ananya nodded
Ta-so Ananya tumhare friend ke dad ne tumhe bataya na ki ek cctv footage hai jismein kuch aisa hai jo agar saamne aa gaya to use Mr . Kashyap a case jitna bahut aasan ho jaayega (Ananya nodded her head), to fir unhone ya tum loge ne vo footage dhundhne ki koshish nahi ki
A-umm vo actually , ek baar kit hi
K(creasing his brows)-matlab
A-vo ek baar main aur mere dost RG pharma ke record room mein gaye the, Sunil uncle(Rohan's dad)ki help se
Tarini and Kabir both got shocked , their eyes widened .
K(angry)-whaaat , tum log paagal ho kya , itna bada risk , how can you do that
A(little scared)-umm vo actually humne socha ki unke record room mein vo file ya fir vo cd to mil hi jaayegi
Kabir shook her head at her silliness and same time is spell bound seeing her courage
T-to kuch mila?
Ananya shook her head negatively
T-hmm ok , dekho Ananya main vo file or vo cctv footage mein tumhari madad zaroor karungi , but is baar tum aur tumhar friends agar koi bhi step lo to mujhe aur Kabir ko inform zaroor karna
Ananya got haapy as because now she is very sure that her father will get justice very soon.
In excitement she hugged Tarini while Kabir and Tarini smiled at her
Tarini then take leave as she had to meet laxman before going home.Kabir was also going when Ananya says
A-thankyou sir
K-thanks kisliye
A-aap humari itni help kar rahe hai isliye
K-ye meri duty hai Ananya
Ananya smiled
Kabir turned to go when he again turned towards her and said
K-By the way Ananya , tumhare friends ne mera bahut accha questionnaire banaya , unse kehna mujhe uske saare answers chahiye
And he left leaving a shocked and embarrassed Ananya behind
Here Kabir was having hard time controlling his smile , he was shocked by his own behaviour , he was feeling like everything is alright in his life but in reality nothing. But now he does not want to concentrate on past and he wants to focus on upcoming events . The most important event is Mr. Sudhir Kashyap's case and he wants to win it because Ananya , Sudhir Kashyap's daughter has immence trust on him and he does not want to break that trust.
