CHAPTER-2
khushi's train met an accident.She got injured badly.She was admitted in a hospital and her parents got informed about accident.
khushi was in COMA for 2 months.
AFTER 2 MONTHS :
khushi slowly got conscious.But she forgot what happened at before two months.
khushi:"OMG...why my head is aching like this?"I said while placing my right hand on my forehead.
"Why the hell I'm here ? Anyone here?"I asked but didn't get any response.
"OMG...Oh no my tatayya might be worried now...I should talk with him..."I said and started running down towards reception.
I dialed my tatayya's mobile number but no one received it.
I'm trying to talk with my family members but all were out of coverage area.
Now I'm really worried...I thought to call our neighbours as they would know How tatayya is,as my tatayya couldn't bear if anything happens to me.
I dialled our neighbours number and it's ringing.
"Hello aunty...This is khushi"
"Yeah khushi...How are you?"
"I'm trying to talk with tatayya but his phone isn't working.Our landline number also isn't working.Could you please make him talk with me if he is at our home?"
"What??? with Tatayya???"
"Yes aunty..."
Just then a young man came running to reception.
"khushi...Don't u remember this??? I'm sorry to say this...Your tatayya died recently..."she said for which khushi got stilled and her mind was trying to sink the words said by aunty.
That young man as he came running he lost his control and collided with khushi for which both fell down.
"Oh no...I'm really sorry...I didn't mean to hurt you"he said and forwarded his hand.
Darkness is surrounding khushi and her head started paining a lot after hearing about her tatayya's death news.
That man tried to wake her up but he got scared as she isn't responding and isn't breathing well.khushi was taken back to her room and treatment got started.
That man asked receptionest "What happened to that girl?"
Receptionist : "Sir she met with an accident and was admitted here.She's in coma for 2 months"
"Accident...oh no I forgot to ask...I heard that my di ANJALI got conscious and was shifted to another room.Can I know the room number?"
Receptionist:"Yes sir...please wait a moment..."she said.
"ROOM NUMBER : 135 sir"
"Is there any due amount to pay for Anjali di's treatment?"
"Yes sir...It's 10,000"
"oh...ok I will clear that now..."he said and paid 10,000 rupess.
"what's your name sir?"
"ARNAV...ARNAV SINGH RAICHAND"
khushi is being treated at ICU...HER CONDITION GOT CRITICAL AFTER HEARING THAT NEWS...
Her parents got worried hearing this news.They went out to have lunch for some time and asked a nurse to take care of her.But nurse didn't get chance to stay there as she got some other work.
By the time khushi's parents returned all this happened.
Arnav reached room number 135.He saw his mother and anjali discussing about something.
Anjali:"Chotey..."
Arnav:"Di...how r u?"he asked and hugged anjali.
Anjali:"I'm fine"
"I'm sorry ma and chotey...I shouldn't have try to suicide..."
Arnav:"Di...it's ok...don't talk about that now..."
Anjali:"No arnav...I need to talk this so that the burden I'm feeling now will get less.So please let me talk"
"Ma...I fell in love with a guy named SHYAM.He is lawyer.I met him when my friend consulted him for a family case.After that day he used to come to our college saying that he needs to discuss about that case.One day my friend didn't come.That day he said he wants to talk with me and took me to a place and proposed me.I was overwhelmed by his proposal.I said that I need some time and after a week I accepted his love.We used to spend some time everyday after my college.
I used to give him money when he said he is in lot of problems.One day he didn't come to college.I called him but he didn't receive it.I went to his office and house but he isn't there.
Then one of my friends called me and said he is there at a rich hotel proposing a girl.I didn't believe.Butmy friend recorded it and sent me the video.I was shocked.I was cheated by him.He used me like a money machine.Then I realized my mistake.I was in love with him deeply so I thought I couldn't stay without him.At that time I didn't get any other things in my mind and I climed up on a big building and jumped down from there.At that time I remembered you chotey and papa.I wanted to be alive but lot of blood is oozing out and I was gone unconscious.
Now I got conscious and I'm really very happy and thankful to god as he heard my wish.I got to see you chotey and dad...where is dad?"
Just then pranv entered into room.
Anjali:"Papa..."
Pranav:"Anjali..."he went near her and cupped her face and kissed on her forehead.
"I'm sorry papa"
Pranav:"ush...no sorry dear...Why are you saying sorry?"
Anjali:"papa vo..."she was about to say but arnav interrupted him.
Arnav:"Dad...she is sorry as she isn't careful while partying with her friends and fell down from a building"
Pranav:"oh...it's ok dear...But please be careful from now.You are the heart of our family.If any thing happens to you we can't bear.And if any one try to harm you I'll kill them"he said angriy.
Arnav:"Dad...cool down it's just an accident"
Pranav got a call and he left the room.
Anjali:"Arnav why didn' you let me say the truth?"
Arnav:"Di...don't you know how dad is? He won't spare if he got to know about the betrayal shyam...the condition will be out of control.So let me handle this situation.It's not like I'll spare him.But I'll show him his correct place.You don't worry di.Just forget that stupid and please be like chrispy bubbly girl.I want my naughty sister back"he said.
Anjali:"Ha chotey..."she said and kissed on his fore head.
The thing that anjali arnav and aarti don't know is pranav heard all that anjali said.
Arnav got a call and he left the room.
Near ICU :
khushi is still being treated.
Ganga:"Hey devimaya...Please save my khushi.I can't bear if anything happens to her"she prayed while crying.
Rao:"Ganga don't cry...nothing will happen to our khushi...please be strong..."
Ganga:"No how can I??? I lost my father.I didn't comeout from that shock and now I can't bear if anything happens to khushi.She is the only reason I'm alive now"
Rao:"Ganga please calm down"he said and consoled her while hugging.
Arnav saw and heard this couple conversation and understood that they are parents of khushi.He went near Rao.
Arnav:"Hi uncle.This is Arnav.Arnav Singh Raichand"
Rao:"Hello beta.Sorry I didn't recognize you"
Arnav:"This is first time we met uncle.How is khushi now?"
Rao:"How do you know her?"
Arnav:"Vo..."he started saying what happened.
Rao:"Treatment is going on beta."
Arnav:"Stay strong uncle.Nothing will happen to her."
Rao:"Thank u beta"
Arnav:"You are welcome uncle.Ok then I'll meet you later.Bye uncle aunty.Take care"he said and left.
Doctor:"Mr.Rao follow me"he said and left.
Rao:"Doctor how is khushi now? Is she fine?"
Doctor:"No Mr.Rao.She isn't fine.She has just came out from coma and after talking to her It's confirmed that she lost her memory not fully but just past few months.She shouldn't hear any shocking news.She's very weak now.And if you let her know any shocking news then there is a risk that she might go to coma again.So be careful and please dont leave her alone.Try to keep her happy so that she could recover soon.She should be under our observation for few weeks.After that we'll think of discharge"he said.
Rao:"Ok doctor.Thank you"
Doctor:"Ok then.Please give these medicines to khushi in time.Nurse will be taking care but you too please take care of her."
Rao:"ok doctor"
Doctor:"One more thing.khushi can be shifted to room now.I said to nurse to shift her to Room 136"
Doctor:"Between I don't understand how did she go near reception? Why did you let her go?"
Rao:"Doctor actually my wife is feeling weak as she didn't have any food properly from few days.She is too worried for khushi.I took her out and we had lunch.I said a nurse to take care of khushi for sometime."
Doctor:"Is ur wife fine now?"
Rao:"Yes doctor.She took her medicines."
Doctor:"Who is the nurse u said to take care of khushi?"
Rao:"Miss.Shila"
Doctor called Shila and scolded her for being irresponsible.After that Shila apologized Mr.Rao and left.
Arnav who came near Dr.Manoj's cabin heard all the conversation of Mr.Rao and doctor.
Doctor:"You may leave now Mr.Rao"
Rao:"Thank u doctor"he said and left.
Arnav:"May I come in doctor?"
Doctor:"Yes"
"oh...Arnav...come in...Where is Mr.Pranav Raichand? I need to talk with him"
Arnav:"He has some important meeting.So he left.Can I know how is my di's condition now"
Doctor:"Her condition is getting better now.Try to make her stay happy as she looks depressed.We will keep her under observation for few days"
Arnav:"Yeah doctor."
Doctor:"And please send Mr or Mrs Raichand here as I need to talk with them"
Arnav:"Ok doctor.My mother is here.I'll tell her.Thank u"he said and left.
Arnav saw khushi being shifted to Room 136.He felt relieved seeing khushi.He was worrying from time he saw khushi getting into ICU.
Mr.Rao came near Room 136.He saw arnav standing near Room 136 and looking inside.
Rao:"Arnav beta...You here?"
Arnav:"Uncle my di is admitted in Room 135.So...and I saw aunty here and got to know khushi is shifted to this room.So came here to see how she is"
Rao:"That's really sweet of you.Between I didn't ask you what happened to your di?"
Arnav:"She fell from a building and got injured badly.Just today she got conscious"
Rao:"oh...is she fine now?"
Arnav:"Yes uncle"
Rao:"Take care of her beta"
Arnav:"Ha uncle"
Rao:"Do you want to talk with khushi?"
Arnav:"Vo...umm...She don't know me uncle.I don't think she'll talk with me"
Rao:"Hmmm but you seem worried for her.You will be relieved if you talk with her once.I'll introduce you to her.Come with me"he said and entered into room.
khushi saw her father entering into room.
khushi:"Daddy..."
Rao:"khushi...how are you feeling now?"
khushi:"Not good...My head is aching..."she saw a boy entering into room.
Rao:"khushi...he is Arnav..."
Arnav:"Hi khushi...How are you now?"
khushi:"Hi...I'm having headache...How are you?"
Arnav:"I'm fine thank you"
Ganga took Rao outside leaving arnav khushi alone and asked about khushi's condition.
Arnav:"You might be wondering who am I.Actually what happened is"he was about to say but stopped as he remembered what doctor said that she shouldn't hear shocking news and the way she fell unconscious after talking in phone it seems like she heard something bad news.If he says about call she might remember that.
"I met your father near medicines counter.We collided when I was in a hurry to take medicines.After that I saw him near ICU ad asked who is there.He said about you.I too was worried for you so he said me to talk with you once"
khushi:"oh...Thats sooo nice of you.You was worried for an unknown person...Now a days we can't find good people like you.I think your worry reduced seeing me like this"
Arnav:"Yeah..."
khushi:"Friends???"
Arnav:"what?"
khushi:"Would you like being my friend?"
Arnav:"oh sure friends"he said and both shaked hands.khushi smiled.
Rao and ganga felt relieved seeing khushi smiling.
khushi:"Why are you in hospital?"
Arnav:"My di isn't feeling well...so..."he said.
khushi:"What happened to her?"
Arnav:"She fell from top of a building"
khushi:"How is she now?"
Arnav:"She is fine now"
khushi:"Where is she now?"
Arnav:"Beside this room..."he said and pushed the window curtain of room aside.Other side room is visible now.
"She's my di"he said pointing towards his di.
khushi:"oh...she is pretty"she said and smiled.
Arnav:"Thank you.You too are pretty and beautiful"
khushi:"Thank you"she said and felt shy.
Rao and ganga came inside the room.
Arnav:"Ok khushi...I'll meet you later...take care..."
khushi:"Bye arnav"
Arnav:"Bye"
