Chapter 2
Kabir , Ananya and Trisha came out of the house and went upto Kabir's car .Kabir was about to sit in his car when he heard Trisha saying to Ananya who was opening the back door of the car.
T-Anu yaar tujhe mere liye door open karne ki zaroorat nahi thi main khud kar leti
A(confused)-kya matlab hai tera , maine door tere liye nahi mere liye khola
T-kyu tu aage Kabir sir ke saath nahi baith rahi
Kabir and Ananya both got shocked listening this . They looked at each other and then lower their head out of embarassement.
A-trishu tu kya bol rahi hai
T- are sahi to bol rahi hu , agar Kabir Sir aise aage baithenge aur hum peeche to aisa lagega ki vo hamare driver hai , and I am sure tu aisa nahi chahegi , haina Kabir Sir
Kabir shook his head at her and then said looking at Ananya
K-Its ok Ananya tum aage baith jao , afterall Ms. Trisha ko ye bilkul accha nahi lagega ki koi mukhe driver samjhe.
Trisha only giggled at this at which Kabir again shook his head . Kabir gets in the car and Ananya after giving a deathly glare at Trisha sat at the passanger seat . Trisha also get seated at back seat and told Kabir about the address and then they headed off to party .
In car also the atmosphere was not quite as Trisha is blabbering about all the thing she knows. After sometime she got bored and decided to hear music , so she took off her mobile connected it with chord and started listening the music.
Kabir and Ananya sighed in relief not because Trisha is talking so much but Trisha was also making statement which embarrassed both of them sometime . The journey was quite long as the birthday party was in hotel which is quite far from the locality where Ananya leaves.
There was silence in the car until Ananya spoke
A-Kabir Sir main aapse kuch puchu
K-Ofcouse Ananya , bolo kya jaan na chahti ho apne papa ke case ke baare mein
A(shocked)-Aapko kaise pata main apne papa ke case ke baare mein jaan na chahti hu
K-tumhare papa ne mujhe ek baat kahi thi Ananya , ki jab bhi main tumse milunga hamari almost saari discussion unhi pe hogi, hamari saari baatein unhi pe hongi , kyuki unki beti ko unke alawa aur koi sujhta nahi hai(and he laughed lightly remembering the conversation he and Mr.Kashyap had)
Ananya blushed at this and at the same time felt embarrassed too
A-umm Actually jabse papa ka case shuru hua hai tabse main sirf yehi sochti hu ki kis tarah apne papa ko nirdosh saabit kar saku , aur tabse apne friends ke saath milkar unki begunaahi ke saboot dhundh rahi hu .
K(creasing his brows)-begunaahi ke saboot
A-ha actually papa ki death ke baad maine ye decide kiya ki main unhe nirdosh saabit karungi aur mere friends ne bhi meri bahut help ki in sab cheezo mein . Lekin hum zyada kuch pata nahi kar paaye . Mujhe to sirf itna pata hai ki ek file hai jo papa ke begunaahi ka suboot ban sakti hai par ye pata nahi ki vo file kaha hai aur saath mein ek cctv footage hai jismein kuch aisa hai jo agar saamne aa gaya to papa ki case mein bahut help ho sakti hai lekin mujhe ye bhi nahi pata ki vo footage kaha ki hai aur usmein kya hai.
All this while Kabir was listening to her and was shocked knowing about her knowledge of this case. He was in loss of word as she and her friends had really done lots of hard work . He then asked her
K-tumhe itna sab kaise pata chala?
A-vo actually jab papa ki death hui uske 1 mahine baad maine decide kiya ki main us RG ke khilaaf proofs dhundhugi , aur isliye maine apne friends se baat ki is bare mein , aur fir mera ek friend Rohan ke papa jo RG pharma mein hi kaam karte hai aur vo mere papa ke bahut acche dost bhi the unhone humari bahut help ki saari information collect karne mein aur unhone hi mujhe bataya us cctv footage ke bare mein aur kaha ki mere papa ne hi unhe is bare mein bataya tha.
K-hmm to aapko aage kuch pata chala us footage ke bare mein
A(with disappointed voice)-nahi kyuki ma ko jab pata chala is bare mein to unhone mujhe aage badne se mana kar diya ye kehke ki abhi ye case bahut hi crucial state mein hai aur main ye nahi chahti ki meri beti ko kuch bhi ho , tumhe agar apne papa ko insaaf dilana hai to of course dilana but abhi nahi beta , hamari family ne already bahut kuch kho diya hai aur ab main aur kuch nahi khona chahti.
K-hmm vaise main Mrs . Kashyap ki baat se sehmat hu , tumhe abhi in sab maamlo mein nahi panda chahiye , RG bahut khatarnak insaan hai , vo kuch bhi kar sakta hai , abhi hum sab uske mukable kamzor hai kyuki uske paas jo proofs hai uske against hamare paas kuch bhi nahi hai
A-but aap hi to kehte hai na ki sacchai ki taakat se badkar aur koi taakat nahi hoti , to fir hum us se kamzor kaise hue(she said innocently).
Kabir smiled at her , he knows that she had read all his articles , and also she remembered all the statements word to word he had used in his article.
K-Ha ananya ye baat sach hai ki sacchai se badkar kuch nahi but sacchai ko saamne lane ke liye bhi sahi waqt ka intezaar karna padta hai , aur abhi waqt sahi nahi hai.
A-hmm
Then after sometime they reached at destination . Trisha and Ananya thanked Kabir and then headed towards the party hall . Kabir also open the door to enter in his car when he heard the voice which he did not want to hear in his dreams also. He got shocked hearing her voice . (I think you all already got to know who she is)
S-Hi Kabir
K(with anger and disgust in his eyes looks towards her and says)-Tum yaha kya kar rahi ho
S-actually main yaha apne friend ke sister ki birthday party attend karne aayi thi , but I am surprised to see you here , tum yaha kya kar rahe ho(before he could say anything), oh kahi tum apni un do girl friends ko chodne to nahi aaye the , I must say Kabir I am surprised tum itni jaldi Tarini ko bhul gaye aur saath mein do do ladkiyon ko leke ghum rahe ho(she said with a smirk)
Kabir got very angry hearing this from the world's disgusting woman he had ever met. He gritted his teeth and control himself from slapping the woman in front of her
K-Shreya mind your tongue and tumhe koi hak nahi hai meri personal life mein interfere karne ka , aur apni is gandi zubaan se Tarini ka naam bhi mat lena.
S(folding her hands)-I am surprised Kabir , tum ab tak Tarini ki parwaah karte ho , mujhe to laga ki nayi girl friend milne ke baad Tarini ko bhul jaaoge , jaise Tarini ke milne ke baad mujhe bhul gaye ya fir better word mujhe dhoka de diya
K(pointing fingers towards her)-dhoka kisne kisko diya uski baat tum na hi karo to behtar hai , aur fir main keh keh ke thak gaya hu meri life se dur ho jao
S-oh come on Kabir , tumhe kya lagta hai ki mujhe tumhari life mein dakhal dene ka bahut shouk hai , agar tum aisa soch bhi rahe ho to koi faayda nahi kyuki main to vaise bhi kal US ja rahi hu
K(smirking)-tumhe lagta hai shreya ki mujhe is baat se fark padta hai , tum US jao ya bhaad mein jao , I don't care but just leave
S-Kabir..
K-I said leave
Shreya got very angry and just stormed off from there towards the party hall. Kabir closed his eyes and took a deep breath and then turned towards the car and when he was just about to open the door he saw Ananya .
Ananya was shocked , she was very shocked by listening the words of shreya . Kabir was also shocked realizing that Ananya had listen all the conversation he and shreya had. He went upto her
K-Ananya tum yaha?
A(still in shock)-Ha vo main apna phone car mein hi bhul gayi thi to main vo lene aayi thi
K-oh ok (then taking a pause and a long breath) Ananya dekho jo tumne suna please tum uska bura mat maan na main .. I am sorry for that .. I mean
A-Sir please aap sorry mat boliye , ismein aapki kya galti , it was just coincidence ki main usi time pe aa gayi jab aap unse baat kar rahe the , aur rahi baat jo unhone kaha to sir mujhe koi fark nahi padta ki unhone mujhe kya kaha (in low voice)mujhe aadat pad gayi hai logo ke judgemental behaviour ko bardaash karne ki
Kabir felt guilty because he thought because of him her mood got spoiled
A-Kabir Sir
K-ha
A-aapko bura nahi laga jab unhone aapko aisa kaha
K(with sad smile)-mujhe bhi aadat pad gayi hai Ananya , khair ye sab chodo aur tum apna mood mat spoil karo , main tumhe promise kar raha hu ki tumhare papa ko insaaf zaroor milega aur jab ye saabit ho jaayega ki Mr . Sudhir Kashyap ne koi crime nahi kiya balki bahut acchi tarah se apni responsibilities nibhayi to logo ke muh apne aap band ho jaayenge aur vo tumhe proudly dekhenge
Ananya smiles a sweet smile with tears in her eyes imagining the moment when her father will be declared innocent , and then turned to go to party but she turned towards him again and says
A-Sir to fir aap bhi dukhi mat hoiye , aap jaante hai ki aapne kuch nahi kiya aur kuch log agar aapko galat samajhte hai to bhi koi fark nahi padta kyuki duniya main aise bahut log hai jo ye jaante ki aap kitne acche ho
Kabir smiled at the affection she was showing to him . Then she turned back to leave but again she turned towards him
A(with excited expression)-Sir why don't you join us in the party
Kabir got surprised and says-Ananya main kaise join kar sakta it will be really awkwad
A-Please na kabir sir , kuch awkward nahi lagega , mere saare friends aapse milke bahut khush honge , vo sab bhi aapki bahut respect karte hai haalaki mujhse kam(then in low and shy voice with head bowed)kyuki main aapki sabse zyada respect karti hu
Kabir smiled at her , a very affectionate and pure smile . The first pure smile he has on his lips after his divorce .
A-so chalein(she said avoiding his gaze because he was looking at her like she had done something which he had not expected from anyone to do to him)
K-Ananya I know tumhare saare dost mujhse milkar khush honge and main bhi unhe milna pasand karunga , but waha kuch aise bhi log honge jinki main shakal bhi nahi dekhna chahta(he decided to show his feeling though a little bit because somewhere deep inside the heart he knows that he can trust her)
A-sir maine aapko kaha na aapko un logo pe dhyaan dene ki zaroorat hi nahi hai jo aapki life mein exist nahi karte , sir plz plz plz plz pleez
K-ok ok baba tum to peeche hi padh gayi , chalo (he said showing his hand towards the entrance)
Ananya with excited smile walk forward and Kabir followed her shaking his head at her and smiling at her at the same time
K(pov)-ye ladki mujhe kehti hai ki unki baato pe dhyaan dene ki zaroorat nahi hai jo meri life mein exist nahi karte aur khud duniya bhar ki baton ki tension apne sar pe liye ghumti hai. (But Kabir smiled at her because after his divorce other than Tarini and his bhaabhi no one cares about him , but this girl without knowing him and his life trusted him blindly , he really felt nice)
They entered in the party hall , Ananya looked around and saw her friends , she turned towards Kabir and says
A-sir woh rahe mere friends(pointing towards them)chaliye
Ananya move forward and Kabir followed her . They reached to the group
Ro-oye anu ye tere saath kaun hai
Before Ananya could reply
T-Arey Ronnie tune inhe nahi pehchaana , yehi to hai jinke piche hamari Ananya ji paagal hui padhi hai , the one and only Ananya's superhero Kabir Sharma
Ananya was shocked by the description Trisha gave to all and Richa also joined
R-ooh to ye hai vo jinki kathaayen sun sun kar kuch mahino se hamare din aur raat nikle
Then Sunny also joined
S-arey ha yaar inke bare mein sun sun kar hi to hum jawaan hue
Then all started laughing at the embarrassed face of Kabir and Ananya
Not to make Kabir uncomfortable Ronnie stopped and came forward
Ro-hello sir my name is Ronnie aur aap plz bura mat maaniyega ham sab sirf aise hi mazaak kar rahe the(then teasingly looking at Ananya)vo kya hai na sir hume ise chidane ka sirf ek mauka chahiye
Ananya glares at him and Ronnie again started laughing , Kabir smiled seeing that
K-Hi Ronnie and ismein bura lagne waali koi baat nahi hai
Roh-Hello sir humara naam Rohan hai , hum bhi aapke fan hai par Ananya jitney
K(smiled)-Hello Rohan
R-Aur sir mera naam Richa hai aur ye Sunny
S-Hello Sirji
K-Hello
A-Arey hamari birthday girl kaha hai
R-vo apne bf ko phone karne gayi hai(looking teasingly at Sunny)
S(worriedly)-Bf nahi Richa ji best friend
R-sunny paaji to maine kab kaha boy friend , maine bhi to yehi kaha bf yaani best friend
S-aap to rehne do Richa ji , mujhe pata hai aap mujhe chidhati rehti ho , aapko baby ji se jealousy jo hoti hai
R(confused)-mujhe bhala teri baby ji se jealousy kyu hone lagi
S-kyuki ab main baby ji ko bhaav deta hu aapko nahi , par aap chinta na karo main aapke liye mujhse bhi accha ladka dhudh ke laaunga , bhale hi thoda mushkil hoga par fir bhi
And he went away in search of his baby ji leaving a shocking Richa and laughing group behind . Kabir shook his head at this and smiled seeing Ananya laughing because he knows how hard it must be all these months for her but she still lives her life and her friends are a perfect support system for her and he is proud of their friendship.
After sometime the cake got cut and everybody started dancing . All the friend circle of Ananya insisted her to dance but she refused , then after sometime they again forced and this time she accepted . All the people left the dance floor for them . Richa , Trisha , Ronnie , Rohan , Sunny , Baby and of course Ananya started dancing and they got lost in the dance . They were enjouing themselves thoroughly . Some people were enjoying their dance , some are chatting , some are eating , but one person was busy looking at her with a smile on his face
K(pov)-I really hadn't thought in my dreams that I would come across a beautiful soul like her , she is truly awesome , she is so strong and brave but naive and innocent . I promise you Ananya that I will get the justice for your father because no one had trusted me so much before , I promise to protect your family because they also trust me like you do.
Kabir determiningly look towards Ananya who was having a chat with Shreya
K(shockingly again looked towards them and in low voice)-wait Shreya...
