CHAPTER 58
ROLI'S P.O.V
Today right in the morning, Siddhant's call came. He was so excited like a kid. First I didn't understand what was happening, for usually his calls in the mornings are like very low "Roli..." But today his call itself was so energetic. And then I came to know what. It was that he was coming to meet me. Not only him, but ma, Papa and Jhanvi. The news made me equally excited. I was missing all of them and the other day when Siddhant told me that they were leaving it took me a good while to come around with the fact. So I rushed to the kitchen and told Ma about their arrival. I was so excited. Ma and Papa laughed at me and teased me that "the girl is super excited because her in laws are coming..." I agreed to it. I love all of them. I myself entered the kitchen and helped mom in preparations. After all, who would know their likes better than me?

. Around 11. I heard the car sound and rushed to the yard, as expected, it was them. I was so happy. Siddhant got out form the driver's seat and passed me a wink. This guy is so irresistible. Making me go red is one of his favorite hobbies. But I ignored it and rushed to the car. Ma and Papa came out whilst Jhanvi was still sitting in the car. I opened the door and looked her. She was still sitting with her arms crossed. "Jhanvi..are you planning to sit in itself?' asked her laughing. "Bhabhi..See...when you come back na, you should kick down your lovely hubby while sleeping..." she said. This made me to go to a few months back, back when we were the newlyweds. I had kicked down Sid in the second night of marriage. That was so funny while remembering now!!!! I got out from my trance and saw Siddhant looking at me, I know he's thinking the same. That's when I remembered Jhanvi. I should really know why Siddhant has to be kicked down. "But why Jhanvi?" I asked her as a matter of fact. "Bhabhi...call it my bad luck, I slept in this guy's bed yesterday and know what he kicked me down purposely..." she said pouting. So that was the matter. The bro had kicked down the sister and now the complaint has reached me. "Bhabhi...if you don't promise me you will kick him, I won't get down..." she said adamantly. "Jhanvi..." ma begun. "Okay...done..." I said to make her happy. I saw Siddhant holding his hip now itself. I smiled and made Jhanvi to come out. "Ae boy!!!be ready to be kicked by Bhabhi..." said Jhanvi. "Accha...let's see..." Siddhant too challenged her. He winked at me. I knew right from the start, whoever the winner is, victim is gonna be me. "You both stop troubling my child..." said Ma. She cupped my face and asked "How are you beta?" I nodded I'm good. She smiled and that was when my parents came out. My mom was like "you irresponsible...made them stand out..."So the rest of the story was that Ma welcomed them in and treated them with coffee and snacks.

. So now the imperative discussion started. Mom and Papa said to my parents about their departure from Mumbai in four days. That was really sad. Now me and Siddhant will be alone in that big house. And the worse fact, none will save me from Siddhant when he corners me!!!!He'd tease me to hell...Oh no!!! That was when Ma rose up from the chair and came near me. "We both were very sad that we didn't gift you both anything for marriage, but now we will clear that weight, Roli...beta...take this key..." Ma gave me a key which made me too confused, I looked at Siddhant with doubt, but his face expressed the same doubt and I know it wasn't fake. "Ma..this..." I asked with the same confused fac. "This is the key of the new house that we had purchased for you...this is near Siddhant's office and so it'll be easy for him to come and go...And this will give you more privacy than the present house..." said Ma. Siddhant's face was like a 1000 watt bulb now. He's all smiles. "But ma..." I begun. "Nah..nah...you're my daughter in law and I don't trust this hubby of yours...he's useless sometimes..." Si saw Sid frowning. "So you'd take complete care of the new flat...and by the last day of your exams, all your stuffs will be shifted out and you can directly come back you your new home..." she said. I saw Siddhant gesturing me to take the keys and I did.

. Much later, it was lunch time and I was serving everyone, Siddhant had already finished and was in washroom. "Roli...please get me the towel..." I heard it from there. I knew this was some tantrums of him, he's irresistible always. I chose to ignore but my mom!!1"Roli...didn't you hear him? Go...help him..." she almost pushed me to the washroom. I slowly tiptoed to the washroom, only to be pushed in with extra force. I felt powerless as he held me against the wall shutting my mouth with his hand. He slowly removed his hands and looked in to my eyes. I was in no mood for romance now, this washroom romance is no welcome; I glared at him to which he had no heeds. "You're insatiable..." I scolded him. "Where did I get to satisfy myself?" the question backfired for sure. "Well...leave it..I'm so happy...the new house idea is so superb...now I would see where you'd run away..." he said teasing me. His hands were around my waist and I was afraid if anyone would turn up any minute. "Ae...Where are you looking out...I told you several times, look at me when I'm talking to you..." he said holding my chin. "Siddhant...we'll talk over phone..."I tried to excuse."See...it's okay...but don't expect mercy from me after this week...After exam, don't go there, don't go here...straight in to flat..Got to discuss something, not verbally but..." he begun. I couldn't help but let out a shy smile. He smiled and was coming close. "Siddhant...don't start up now...see...someone would come and you'd groan...how many times will this drama go on?" I asked him. May be he felt it was right, he moved away. "Hmmm...Right...but let this one week go...and then no one will come between us...It's gonna be you and me and me and you...ta ta..." he said and bumping his fist with mine moved out. I couldn't stop but smile. It was just one week. One week to be with him completely.

. So by evening, they went back, of course, Siddhant had delayed it a lot...he was behaving like a filmy hero!!1btu finally, after much time they waved bye. Ma, Papa and Jhanvi, I think I would miss them a lot. But then, I couldn't concentrate on anything else because Siddhant was around, winking and waving at me. He blew along me a kiss which I shyly received and returned, of course. I looked at the car until it slowly faded from my sight and finally went in.
