Many say that Hritik send legal notice just because of small incident.

There is argument that Hritik send legal notice just because Kangana said Silly Ex

Is that true ?

Didnt Kangana accuse Hritik of stalking and spying her ? (didnt take his name but it was obvious,everyone knows whom she was talking about and there were news article)

Agar maan lo silly ex bada mudda nahin tha to kisi per stalking or spying ka iljam lagana choti baat hai kya ?

It could have been resolved without leaking the emails and warning to leak some photos of hers.
also whether they are having an affair or not is debatable.
There are mixed things coming out about them dating.

He should handle it but the way it was done is totally wrong.

Hrithik was already in limelight for his divorce. This additional attention was not needed for him.

If he was such a great guy, he would not have an affair with so many women while still married to his wife.

also he could have let that "silly ex" comment pass. That was what seem to have started all this.
that is petty.

@bold - So you mean if a person feels intimidated or defamed due to a certain person's actions, he/she should stay quiet and let it pass. Would you say the same if it was a woman in place of HR? So tomorrow if an actor calls another actress a silly ex whereas the actress claims that the guy is lying and rather it was him who was harassing and stalking her. She also files a lawsuit against him for defaming her and even provides various relevant proofs. Would you not support that woman? won't we call her brave and rebellious? Then why dissuade a man from doing this?? This is not the kind of equality we stand for.

Like it takes a whole lotta effort to lift yr finger and press a retweet button.

By history we know Karan is very vocal about all things Bollywood, believe me, ishe had an iota of faith that Hrithik was not in part to blame, he would hv said something in the beginning itself. he wouldnt hv to wait for media to say bollywood is not supporting.

Hrithik has returned back a lot of garbage. many many times stronger than just a "silly ex"
Kangana may or may not have bothered him.
But the way the "classy" guy handled it, turns things in her favor.
This is not equality. There is a imbalance here.
hrithik brought out more garbage (dirty laundry or whatever) than needed.

No one said that hrithik should not handle the situation. The point is that he could have handled it differently.
