I was looking forward to this movie since ages. I wish SRK had a little more confidence here. His film looks better and more substantial than Sultan.

My mom is a huge Salman fan but she thought Raees looked a lot more interesting than Sultan...simply put, there is a significant proportion of people who do not enjoy sports movies...especially something like wrestling. Many would have flocked to see Raees (such as my mom). Bad move by SRK.

What is Shah thinking...I don't even know man...This BO game has ruined everything...now everyone wants a freaking holiday release. Things were much better before when SRK could release a Swades, Veer Zaara and Main Hoon Na all in the same year. I don't care if you are the BO king or not, your loyal fans will love you nonetheless... stop caring about the BO and just plunge and take the risks, Shah.

I think SRK took a good decision by not clashing the movie with Sultan. Sultan's teasers are getting mostly positive response from everyone.

Raees is a typical gangster movie. People would have preferred to watch Sultan more than Raees.If Sultan would have earned more money than Raees then SRK's superstardom would have got affected. Nowadays Box Office success is more important than the Quality of a movie. Raees may be a better movie than Sultan but nowadays money matters more than content. Critical Acclaim is not sufficient for success of a movie.

But releasing the movie next year is a bad idea.They should have released the movie some time this year.

THIS IS JUST SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!
ARE THESE PEOPLE NUTS??? THEY DONT WANT TO RELEASE IT ON EID FEARING CLASH WITH SULTAN (which definitely is NOT better thn raees in content) BUT THEY THINK MOVING IT TO NEXT YEAR and that too on 26th Jan AND clashing with TWO movies is some great idea????

SRK ... i HATE to say this... but if this news is true... then you are finished... RAEES will b a big fat flop if it goes next year.
