I think it's inappropriate for anyone to wear a sexy dress showing cleavage to such an event. If this was some Hollywood party then I wouldn't have minded but if you're meeting the president of the United States, you should at least look classy. An elegant dress along with an elegant hairstyle would've been more appropriate.

Yeah, the dress is kinda inappropriate and ugly. She would have looked so much better in something more semi-formal. However, it's so refreshing to see her normal flawless skintone instead of a whitewashed face. Hollywood is suiting her well.
