Maybe I would have accepted the character if they didn't so obviously tried to mold her into being what I call a Bani clone. Last leap we had the 3 sisters clone now we just have a MeeraBani clone and I do hate the repetitiveness. 👎🏼 I detest the fact that she so happily presents herself as MRS. WALIA and I detest the fact that Walia is a bigamist. 🤢 🤢 🤢

KS seems to have become a clone factory with no new ideas for character or anything.

I mean come on she knew that JW married Bani and loved her to death and yet she married him!! The worst part is that she is a Bani clone but we know who the Asli Bani is and thats the TRUE MRS WALIA!!

Making JW the bigamist is the biggest mistake the destructives made!!!

The only good thing about this track is the Ganga interactions with Bani and Jai and the anticipation that she will bring her parents together!!!

Hate Hate Hate the Jai-Meera pairing!!

And lurkers STOP repeating the same damm scenes for Jai-Meera that you had with Jai-Bani ---You are tainting the JB classic scenes with this clone!!!

I'm already disliking her saccharine sweetness. Why is she so desperate to snuggle up to a married man, simpering and behaving coy around him. She's not ugly or mentally deficient, couldn't she find an unattached single male?? And JW's an even bigger ass for marrying her. 😡

I agree with you that JW is the bigger JA for marrying without verifying that his first wife is dead.

My guess is that Jigz told every one that Bani is dead and Meera doesn't know that Bani is still alive.

I believe the writers brought in this character haphazardly , didn't know what to do with her, even now, they don't know what to do with her. To be honest, I feel 'HATE' is a strong word, but I do dislike the weakness of the character, trying to please him. Bani on the other hand was strong and stood up to him, when he was out of bounds.

Does anyone know what happened during the leap. I mean no one knows the reason why she is married to Jai. Who would want to marry a man who is a snob - ofcourse Bani did that but she was forced too and similarly i am sure that Meera too must have had her reasons to marry him.
Just speaking my mind off. Anyways i am a big fan of pallavi and she is playing a positive character - so i think we should wait for the real story to unveil so that we can decide what the actual plot is.

So far I haven't seen anything positive about the presence of this MEera except may be she is responsible for Ganga meeting her dad. But that could have been done by any other lady in Wm- dadi,Poorva,Raashi, Rano.

I just fail to see any pupose of this Meera. With the herat burn, headche she is giving me I don't feel she is positive at all. Just because she doesn't throw ot venum 7 gives smile for nothing doesn't mean anything. Her presence is biggest hurdle for JB union & Gangas happiness. This alone is enough for me hate Meera & consider her as a Vamp 😡 😡

I agree with Shina that aother reason to hate her is she is sch a wimp to listen to likes of Jigs & karuna. Bani in old days would stand up against Jigs & even JAi.She was much stronger.

I do agree that KS has put a slap on the face of our culture, but I see the slap as coming from the fact that a comparison is being made between Ram-Sita and Walia-Bani.

It's an outrageously ridiculous comparison. In the show, creatives should make sure that Walia and Bani shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Ram-Sita (unless it's something to say that Walia-Bani are worshipping them).

I'm not trying to hurt the feelings of Walia-Bani fans when saying this but there was never a single frame (let alone scene) where Walia was worthy of comparison to Lord Ram. And likewise, the same can be said for Bani being compared to Sita ji. No TV serial characters should be compared to Ram-Sita - and definitely NOT Walia and Bani.

Being a religious guy, I definitely see the repeated mismatch comparisions as an insult to Hindu culture.

Massi kept making the daft comparison and so I can only conclude that she has read a differnt Ramayana to the one that everyone else reffers to. Her version of the "Ramayana" probably has more in common with the sitcom 'Friends'.

With regards to Meera being a disgrace for wearing sindoor and a mangalsutra, I will defend that at least she does wear it rather than letting it collect dust somewhere. She hasn't been evil to anyone or harmed Walia, and so I definitely won't class her as a disgrace. If anyone is to blame, then it's Walia.

very true, i also do not see how her character can be positive. Really for Ganga to meet her father, it could have happened randomly without this meera character meaning that Ganga could have met Jai the same way he did without Meera being in the picture etc.

I hate her so much that i do not even like to see her face when she comes in the scene of any episodes. She makes my anger boil.

All i have seen post leap is that she is a clone of Bani who wants to get close to Jai even though she knows that Jai loves Bani so much even though he claims to hate Bani and that she knows that Jai has misunderstood Bani as that is what she had told Jai when he threw Bani out of the house so why in the world did meera get married to him. With all that said what is so positive about meera.

How can she be positive when she is in between JB and the reason Bani will be shattered and want to go away from Jai when she learns the truth and the cause for a JB reunion to not happen. These are also the reason for me to hate Meera and the reason for me to consider a negative character.

Its all Wali's fault and unless we know the actual story i will not be able to say that she is evil or i hate Meera.
