I love the way the words 'dil ke kareeb' coincided with Armaan sensing her presence behind him w/o turning ard in the beginning. That was intentionally done and I wanted it to be that way, and if you notice, the bit until he turns is much faster in the original video unlike mine... and I tweaked that for my convenience in the video... Muahahahhahaha.... well.. I had, coz I wanted that bit to comeout exactly as I pictured it! 😉Loved how it transcends gently to her 1st realizations of love (till then it was confusion!!)with the words 'kabhi tanha baithe-baithe' in her bedroom...like she is reminiscing... When I heard the song and the line Kabhi Tanha baite... the first time... I liked the idea abt a gal sitting in her room lost in thoughts... which is what it also means, but when I heard it again while making the mix, I knew the scene post the Aur Pass was what I was gonna use, coz it was the first ever time, Ridzy ever felt Armaan's presence so strongly , strong enough to think about it even after she got back home and that said a lot abt her gravitating towards him...!

Abs treat to watch...the first video I hve downloaded and saved on my laptop... Oh I am sooo touched... I cant believe it that mera banaya hua video can move ppl so much!! But thank you sooooooooo much.... it really means much that the video is being appreciated so much and enjoyed as well!

As always, the initial and last words had your trademark brilliance👏👏. Thank you.. am glad you liked the lines... But this time more than the words the song made me go into a trance. I don't know how many times I've heard this song, but everytime I hear it something happens to me *blushing*😳. This has to be my all time favorite romantic number👏. All thanks to Anu for giving me the song in the first place. 🤗 The song is a masterpiece is bringing out the essence of the newfound love and the realization of it being what you were destined for... and the element of surprise that comes with the realization... it is my fav too!!

Anyways, about the scene selection, well, it was very simple. If I'd make it I would have shown a little more scenes.😳 Yeah well... I know..., but like I mentioned in the post... this vid mix , was a specific interpretation of mine, with regards to the dance sequence and particulalrly that of Armaan's emotions and well Ridzy's bit was a added bonus since the song had it!!! So zyaada scenes ki gunjaaish nahin thi!!! The idea of more scenes was never a thought at all.. since right from the word go... it was the dance sequence that I wanted to work on..!
But, the euphoria it left after it got over was reason enough for me as well as everybody to fall in love with the mix.👏👏👏 Thank you... I am glad I couldbring out the true essence of his emotions and the sequence ... as I felt it... and as much as it moved me ... I am glad ... I was able to bring it out in mix... which I guess connected with the rest of y'all as well... and well its all about the love we all have experienced ... so people are bound to connect ot the emotion and well with a brilliant actor bringing out the emotions so beautifully...the sequence is taking to dizzying heights!!!

actually we see so many VMs with a pastiche of images fleeing by, so you barely have time to register one over the other. i think, and i may be wrong here, sareeta will correct me if i am, that there was a dual purpose of showing such few scenes. Aaarti, aisa kabhi hua hai , ki aap bolo aur main aapko correct karoon... your interpreations and sense of perception is so wonderful...

Now regarding this , yep I do see a lot VMs where a lot of images and scenes are used, sometimes, its necessary for the song, if its a fast beat one and sometimes its the interpretation... but in this case, like you mentioned there was a dual purpose of showing the few scenes... One , the intial intention was only to show my interpretation of Armaan's emotions on the dance night, but with the girl's emotions being expressed on the song... I had to use in few more scenes, we were not treated to a long duration scene with the girl's emotions being expressed....!! Bang on... you sure understand me and my intentions in VMs sooooooooo very well!!! Thank you!! 😳

one and most importantly, the song is not exactly one of those heavy duty numbers with complex lyrics or too many beats or too many instruments. it is a simple song, with very very simple words conveying very simple thoughts yet with such amazing beauty that it takes your breath away!!! it is a song that even the most common guy and girl on the street, in love, can identify with. and that simplicity would have been ruined had sareeta used too many images. Couldnt agree... exactly my thoughts... exactly!!! You've jus said it all!!!

second, she has tried, in her own small way, to cinematise the song using armaan and ridhima. so while it is a montage, it doesn't seem like. it seems like a well choreographed song as a whole, narrating a short tale by itself. the VM is actually a complete song as you would see on screen. Exactly ... all my VMs have a tale of their own and thatz what I believe is my interpretation... I always believe every song.. has a story to tell... tahtz the whole idea isnt it... that when we listen to a song...we interpret it in our way , unless we have seen a different picturization of it... on screen... especially the bollywood ones...

And I loved the way you interpreted that I tried to cinematize... I didnt realize I was.. coz my intention ever since the day I saw the dance scene was to bring out the essence of Armaan's emotions... I connected so deeply with his emotions... that he portrayed so well..( wish Ridzy had done that...)... but jus the realization of this beautiful on Armaan's part was so beautifully done and the way he is surprised at how things turned out so beautifully and brought him to his destined love... was beautiful portrayed that he took the scene to dizzying heights!!

All in all, this video mix , was my interpration of what was trying to be expressed in the song... which started with my intention to bring out the emotions of Armaan , but Ridyz's emotions being shown was an added bonus since the song had the girl's emotions being expressed and the final acceptance of it all by both of them... which I preferred showing in the final hug scene... which I dared to show as a final acceptance of that love for each other!!! It was a tale in itself indeed!!!

Kanak, I do agree... it was a diff interpration that was diff from what I have scene on the forum... but it was not intnetion to be different... the intent was more on bringing out the essence of the scene and Armaan's emotions... I couldnt stress anymore as to how strongly I wanted to bring out that essence... coz the man... had really made the whole scene so surreal and dizzyingly brilliant!!! He is one brilliant actor!!

the scenes, the song, the editing n the lines you've added in the begining and at the end... were just perfect! Lines likhne ki aadat chooti nahin and I like penning some lines for each video , coz I feel it sets the mood... and I also enjoying watching that on screen when ppl read out a few lines especially in ghazals and such!!
