Extent of absence from this forum has started to become a norm for me, the reason being building of stress from just looking at post titles on the forum, the vibe is quite strong from the title that I maneuver away from such topics..another thing which actually embarrasses me is the outburst on actors on a certain social networking site, it's disgusting to witness

As stated by yourself, a drama can not be sustained on purely romance..it will most certainly not survive in the TRP race and will face a premature axe..a successful drama needs a balanced quotient of drama, romance and comedy..void of any one of these will result in disaster..I comply with the fact that the younger generation only want romance but looking at a broader perspective this drama is watched by all ages and therefore it needs to cater for audience of all ages, the makers are doing just that..therefore I see it as selfishness that people throw a mild tantrum in wanting their ways (I'm sorry to readers who find this harsh, but it is the genuine truth based on immaturity I witness)

The arrival day for TRP's is much awaited and when it's not as expected, people are angered..questions buzz in their heads 'why is it so low?' and blah blah blah..but that's the result of makers giving into demanding whims..I empathise with them for digressing away from romance for a while and adding in spice..they want their show to survive and want to up them dipping ratings which I have no qualms with..oh and when them TRP's rise just watch out for all sorts of justifications😆

Hypocrisy is what may be thrown towards me after many read this..yes I too do create topics which weigh on the negative side more than the positive..but I beg to differ, I bring forth my view in a constructive manner..as long as the discussion is healthy then I see no harm

I was an ardent fan of Pretty Little Liars and Vampire Diaries..yes both the shows tested my patience and made my blood boil at certain junctures in the story..some things didn't make sense yet I still managed to search for positivity in them..if your a loyal viewer then why not stay that way instead of digressing in and out of chosen themes..the word 'fan' I still can't quite take a grasp on, doesn't being a fan mean sticking through the good and bad? Then why the roaring!

One thing you have failed to mention is the fact that this is a daily show unlike American shows which are weekly, Tashan-E-Ishq actors shoot around the clock to produce content for us to watch and not appreciating this gesture of theirs is unfair..gruelling hours of shooting and tiredness is witnessed on Jasmin and Sidhants face, so being unappreciative of their efforts is very egocentric..an apologetic mention, if you want good content 100% of the time then it's time for you to shoot off and find another show

They give us romance, people want drama, they give us drama, we want to quit the show. Like what the heck. Honestly from experience the only dramas that done drag are Pakistani ones, but they are like 20-25 episodes long and really really serious usually LOL. That's why I like Indian dramas and now I'm just blabbing.

I totally agree and even if Rajjo is preggers, it's not Kunj's kid. Plus seems like he was getting hit in a fan video uploaded on YouTube so like Twinkle- Kunj ointment scene part 3 coming up? 😆 😉 Love this post but you a little more!

It's not something that I wanted to write in all honestly but the negativity was reaching a limit so I thought I may as well put forth my views.

I tend to stay away from posts which I know I'll have something to say about and it wont be liked by many, hence I create my own or engage myself in reading ffs, so I understand your position.

The social media thing is totally unacceptable! This is a problem with some fans in general. I dont understand why its hard to grasp that the actor has no say in the script as such and are merely portraying a character. I remember seeing horrible comments on Sid's accounts when Kunj slapped Twinkle. It is so uncalled for and unfair to the actor.

I dont think its harsh. The truth is bitter as they say. I believe that you cant truly appreciate a certain genre without experiencing the others. Its like not knowing the true value of happiness unless you've witnessed hardships. Therefore, romance is only nice to watch when there is a build up and we've been deprived of it. At the end of the day, too much of anything can make you sick (cue Cheryl Cole) and will bore you eventually.

I've actually witnessed this so many times which is why I made this post to begin with. The change in attitudes are hilarious at times.

Thank you! My post isnt saying that you cant make negative or dissatisfied posts, of course you can! Who am I to stop you? I'm just saying that there is a mannerism to conveying dislike and hurt. Throwing around threats of leaving the show etc. simply degrade the post in my opinion.

Exactly. I've watched TVD since it began so I physically cant stop watching it regardless of how much I dislike the coupling or story lines. Pretty Little Liars I started a few years ago because of the hype and I pretty much caught up but I dont feel the same passion towards it as I do with TVD. Regardless, like you said, both shows really mess with your feelings but they still remain to be some of the most popular TV series going! Like I said, be a Fan, not a glory supporter. Glory supporting is watching it when its all good and up in cloud nine but leaving as soon as its down in the ditches without even giving it a chance to get back up.

This is actually a really good point! I agree, it is definitely unfair to actors especially because you can literally see the fatigue and tiredness.

I beg to differ, if someone wants a good show 100% of the time, they should just stop watching TV in general. I'm yet to come across a show that abides by every viewers wishes. It's not possible.

and am not saying to tolerate any kind of nonsense like supernatural , abuse, violence or ekta logics but whats annoying is how people get pissed about the track in one day.

Guys give it chance. I was so sure that after yesterdays epi, to day the cvs would bounce back and they did ok at least for me i loved todays episode.

And bashing actors is something i never understood. Like guys they play a role and they work really hard for it, its high time we as fans should understand the difference between criticism and abuse.

but in my opinion, every person is different, all are not same... some have patience and some dont... but all have equal right to express their thoughts/feelings until and unless it doesnt turn out to be bashing each other or bashing the actors... If they feel that they should stop watching, let them say it, whats is there...

Comparitively this is the place where there is minimum negativity, so i wont complain... 😳
