Thank you...to tell you the truth...I'm not attached to the daily update of he show anymore...but i'm attached to the protagonists and to their journey from a distance in a way 😳...and surrogacy is still a sore subject for me...that track followed by the bhoot track effectively led to me quitting the show...and when I read about the God bharai ..I had to respond...as truly the insensitivity of it goes beyond the fictional boundaries...just because they need a cause to deck up the set, doesnt mean we forget what's at stake here. women like Ishita are real...and not all is ok for fiction.

you know somewhere deep down in our hearts, because we knew it's a fictional show, we had hoped for the miracle of science, Ishita conceiving and Raman pampering her to no ends ...and though we got a short glimpse of that...they followed it up with the most bizzare and downright insensitive track of surrogacy and bhoot ...only to justify Shagun's daily presence in Ishra life...and to sneak in Surrogacy through backdoor when the obvious track led to some big protests...

The fact of the matter is...

• Shagun carrying Ishita's surrogate child is still insulting to women who have hard time conceiving
• Surrogacy was NOT needed in Ishra's case...unless they had shown some legitimate struggle to conceive through medical intervention
• (Raman single-handedly making the decision to go for surrogacy
• Bhoot track )
  

these last have killed YHM's essence to beyond recognition.

The CVs, if they wish to, still can be creative and make it all right...by giving us an IShra track leading to infertility treatment...and eventual pregnancy...yes this is 21st century..medical science has advanced enough to give women opportunities where we're talking about Uterus implant..celebrating.Shagun's fertile womb is an insult to those women...and a god bharai given to Shagun is like highlighting the 'deficiency' of such women. It's insensitive. Period.

Sensible post Gan and guess what your wish is soon going to be granted!! Read WU of an olv out and ladies gang now knows that she is Ishita and shagun saying something on the similar lines as what we all feel that ishita should be the one taking blessings i dnt know what will happen in future with their plan of trapping nidhi but we might get secret godhbharai of ishita soon!! Whatever it is i would just thank cvs for haulting their drama for sometime and not entirely disgusting womanhood..

This isn't a woman's issue only. It's an issue of humans. Why must everything be broken by gender? Can one not feel less for an issue simply bc of a gender? My answer is no. You hit the nail on the head that this show's handling of infertility from magic pregnancy to surrogacy could cause any human who truly introspects to see how uncomfortable and unjust it is.

They say fiction doesn't matter - look at the news & tell me how society is. I don't live in India so I am an outsider and I can see these issues manifest in other countries to way too often ...but I got a few news headlines from friends today that were heartbreaking & the issue was rooted in our failure to raise strong and respectful men and women.

Here's the latest .. They are making the godh bharai of Ishita.. ... But. They added a fake baby bump on her tummy ... Honestly I have no words to describe the insensitivity of the brainiacs that came up with that ...I saw the pics on insta .. Ishita is looking gorgeous in red .. . But the baby bump made me see red .
