Just saw that promo Dohlkichya Talawar starting on Colors at 9.30 pm(Monday, Tuesday) from 21st March. Looks like Colors has given up on ALKK. What a RELIEF for Prajakta and us!

Subodh Bhave will be anchoring Dholkichya talavar. This time show is launched on lavish scale or at least promos suggest it that way.

@Nachiket: I coined the name AK-2 (Alka Kubal-2) for Mrunal Dusanis. Yes, she has got stereotyped but then it's hard to imagine her playing anything other than the 'dukhI aurat' types of characters (thanks to her sad face, melancholy eyes and soft voice) just as I find it hard to imagine Mukta Barve in a romantic role with her dry, sarcastic voice.

Almost without exception, everybody gets stereotyped. Doesn't Nana generally play Nana irrespective of the character he's supposed to play. Compare his dialogue delivery in 'Dr Prakash Amte' and 'Natasamrat' - it's quite similar. The deliberately soft, sober voice he uses as if reasoning with the listener. Makarand Anaspure too has the same plight.

Nice to see Marathi serials using technology to good effect. It was easy to guess that they are using drones in RKC. Well done.

CHYD special was nothing new - they clubbed all old skits into one. Kami tithe amhi didn't mean anything.

On colors marathi filmfare awards - nothing new. On c-grade hindi songs - the usual dancers like Manaski Naik, Neha pendse & Amruta K, were dancing and Mahaguru performed on old hindi songs. Tabu, Urmila, Athiya shetty, Varun dhawan , Vidya balan were also present to give awards.

All award shows are becoming repetitive and boring.

@bold, we also had the same boring anchors with that over rated Pushkar boring us to death. He seems to hold a monopoly these days for anchoring. Prasad too seems to have a lot of time on hand to come for anchoring.

I wonder, do these lavni dance shows have such high TRPs that they can afford to pump in such funds?

True...reality shows are not doing well nowadays. Most channels are staying away from reality shows including ZM who didn't conduct SRGMP for long time. KBC also didn't take place in 2015. May be Big Boss is an exception.
