I didn't realize Khushi had a panic attack when she called Arnav with a slurred speech.. I'm glad she was found safe by Arnav and returned to home safely.. I loved the last update, Arnav being with her, offering his companionship was soothing and comforting.. It's a nice change that both of them are back to being friends after their breakup of not even budding relationship :)

Loved part 1. Oh I had forgotten about the stranger on the train.. Nice tie up. And Shyam has already fallen for Khushi.. I will look forward to how you develop this front now that A & K are sorta back together..

I guess now search for Anjali or what happened to her will pick up speed? Now that the Naxalites issue (I thought they were in AP) has come up, her fate is not clear ( I had thought that she became a victim of human trafficking).. Anyways I like suspense/crime thrillers and look forward to how you unfold.. ( I binge watched three American/BBC crime dramas on Netflix 😆 Not at a time though).. So bring it on..

Good morning Sandhya.
As I enjoy my morning coffee...

A great start for the "disintegration" phase of the story. The environment is set for varied possibilities of past incidents and how it will exorcise the demons of key characters, victimize some and lay bare the hidden truths. Khushi no doubt is the catalyst, she is loved and to some extent will also be feared since she is "investigating".
About Shyam, will remain indifferent for now, but the mind remains tainted, so I will wait. 🤔

Naxals recruit children and not everyone is a volunteer. About Anjali ... I don't know 😉

Hi M, You are not the only one who is sounding vary of Shyam.

This is my biggest worry while writing an ArHi story. All character come with such heavy baggage. Especially Shyam. While I can't share how Shyam's character pans out in HoT (positive, negative), I would like to remind that none of the characters including Arnav,Khushi, Akash, Payal, Lavanya, Sumitra remotely resemble IPK.

So, my request to all my readers is to judge Shyam as he is characterized. Thank you.

Beautifully written...I feel I picked a well known writer suspense/thriller from the corner store. There is a fluidity to your writing that engages the reader. The story is like peeling an onion...each layer exposes a bit more of the truth... but not enough to reveal the story.

The naxal angle... Shyam trek to the villages will it finally solve the missing young girls ( no boys)puzzle... or is it something else. Look forward to read how you weave this tale further.

Sandhya, among all the characters, I personally feel it is Shyam who comes with the most baggage. It is very tough to not imagine Shyam without this snakewa avataar. But having said that, I am really trying this time to view Shyam's character on a blank slate, without any prebuilt notions.

And somehow I have a hunch that his will be a positive character. But I am open to both.

I did that mistake when you had named Shreya as Sheetal initially. I will not commit that mistake again.

So the man in train was Shyam. Great entry.

He seems to be hard working police man, who take his work seriously. Khushi comes at such a time when he is already busy with important situation.

But now that we know that he likes her and been thinking about her, I am now afraid what will be his thoughts and action once he know she is with Arnav. Hope he didn't turn out a villain in this story.

Can understand why Khushi didn't want to tell him her real reason of investigation but she should have told him half truth. Let's see how he turns out to be. But once he is with them I think they could reach their destination more quickly.

So Arnav slipped his tongue, now she will not let him go till he tell her about the man. Now that sorry has entered in next phase, every chapter is going to be more mysterious.

Waiting for next part. Thanks sandhya for mind blowing update.
