If it's in the NOW SF timeline AND its Uncle Arian, then I'm going to go with this guess:

Arian is visiting his own family, those are HIS nieces who are spying on him while he's looking at the Tinkerbell doll. And he is obviously remembering Anita while looking at the doll.

It's weird how these things happen sometimes! 😊

The funny (or not) thing is I can see Arian as someone who'd space out while thinking about Anita. Also, how the littlest or cutest things will remind him of her. But then, doesn't that happen to us all?
