Bhavi...I hear you girl...that episode devoted to how what will Ram eat or not eat and how tasty the food was...was such a drag...I haven't watched any episode after that either...😲I don't know man...I can hear a mocking Italian voice in my head...what do you want...something is too fast...something is too slow...(I know...don't ask me why this voice is mocking in Italian accent...but that's what I hear...🤢😆)

Chick...I read the channel execs interview about CNWK...You know he is right...when you have a contract ...you need to abide by it...I wonder if there are any remedies written into the contract ...in case of a breach...but then again the legal system is too busy dealing with cases like convicting Ram for ill treatment of Sita...No wonder there is a long line of cases in the Indian court system...

That reminds me how inefficient things are when they are run by the government...Accountability is a huge issue...very difficult

Oh yes...on the good side Puxatowny didn't see his shadow...so we will have spring soon...YEAH!!!!!

Yeah it was so close...but I am sure Hillary campaign staff would rather take this than less than 1/2 % on the other side...

I think her issue is that while her agenda and policy positions are very detailed...she is not connecting with people to make them feel good about their chances...she is bad at selling big dreams...her line is more like...I will make improvements here and there ...Not I am going to change everything because it is not working...That's the argument Cruz has, that's the argument Trump has and that's the argument Sanders has...

Hope and change sells ...! It is ironic ...because now we talk about change ...from the crusader of hope and change 8 years back...!

Her argument is I will continue to make it better...well that's not exciting enough for people who are frustrated or disenchanted with the current status...and it is a hard sell...

Any way...with all said and done ...she did hold up...as much as it is easy for anyone to say it is a given that she would win...nothing is given to anyone...look at Bush, look at Huckabee...look at Santorum...nothing is given...they all have to work for every single vote...but she has to connect...without that...it won't be good...

😆 Yeah. SKR tends to get dragging in between...Ever since the swayamvar, I found Ravan's backstory most interesting- his fight with Yama and Mrityudevi- purely for the story there...and I like the fact that they give references for some of the incidents they depict...rest has been dragging. 🥱 But since it is the only show worth watching, I do give it the time.

As for Kapil- He is only an individual, Colors is an organisation. If an individual wants to grow wings and fly out of the confines, it is his choice...a part of his growth. If the channel had been mature enough to recognise that, they wouldn't have devoted their first episode of the replacement show taking digs at the man who made Comedy Nights a phenomenon.

Hi Chick...I haven't seen the contract between them...and I don't follow the show or its replacement...There are ways to design a contract that is acceptable to both parties, individuals or corporations...The length of time and exclusivity is agreed upon upfront...the contract needn't tie up a person for unlimited amount of time...they can be and are done for fixed lengths of time...during which both parties have ethical and legal duty to abide by the contract...

I know what you are saying...but for me...to watch something I have to be really motivated...and dragging doesn't work...just as much as skipping over important parts of stories doesn't work...I guess I am too demanding...today I watched a new show...Scorpio...was interesting...interesting chemistry between the leads...😊

Looks like someone is making it a point to be respectful to all faiths in America. True hope and change did sell for him. He could make that argument because he was relatively new to Washington. A lot like Trump. I dont think that is the only appeal this year. Because this year many have been a part of Washington for a very long time. They just have a very consistent record of not being associated of whats gone wrong with Washington. From Pacs, NAFTA, Iraq. Glass Steagall .. IHMO

Bareilly: Some unions, clearly, are not made in heaven.

A squabbling couple which had gone their separate ways, unable to deal with unending fights, took to Facebook to find new love and a fresh start to their shattered lives. However, little did they know that even after using pseudonyms to hook up with a partner they would end up with each other again.

Cops said chances of this happening were "very, very negligible" in the real world. But as a policeman chuckled, "Such things happen when your luck is bad."

It so happened that a husband and wife in Bareilly (names withheld) changed their identities on FB to hook up "with someone better". After browsing on the site for months, the man found somebody "very interesting". Around the same time, his wife too met an "exciting prospect" on the net. The chats started soon and, about three months later, the "boy and girl" decided to meet.

A day was fixed, a time set and a restaurant agreed upon. It was an old favourite at the Aub Khan crossing in Bareilly. But when the hour arrived, and as luck would have it, the two were aghast to find out that they had in fact been chatting with each other.

Needless to say, an argument broke out immediately, much to the amusement of guests and staffers at the eatery. It soon escalated into something the onlookers could not handle. Cops were called in to intervene. However, cops who had rushed in to mollify the two realised there was actually no sections the fighting duo could be booked under. So they did the next best thing and sent the couple for yet another round of counselling at the Family Counselling Centre.

Talking to TOI, circle officer at the Kotwali thana Mukul Dwivedi said, "It was a purely a personal matter and no police complaint was filed. So there is very little to say about the incident. Yes, the matter is once again with the Family Counselling Center."

President Obama is doing all the right things...and in his last term he seems to be paying attention to not just getting the work done...but conveying a message to the public to fix any perception issues...,way to go!!

Regarding hope and change.,,...most politicians run on the theme that they are for the common man and will make their lives better...That's not new...Remember ...prez said...while a candidate ...I will fight for Main Street against the Wall Street!

I do agree with you, this year the "anti Washington" sentiment is peaking...Many are trying to show that they are not a part of Washington...in many ways...The disenchantment is feeding that sentiment...Trump, Carson and Cruz...all are all positioning themselves as outsiders...

Trump is also making a point of being anti pac money, has called NAFTA a bad deal, is against Iraq war...and he may not have said anything about Glass Steagal...but I bet he is also against bad real estate deals..and would not have supported making bad loans to people to own real estate, who couldn't afford a tenth of it...😃
