Might he be exaggerating slightly? Not sure why every single thing celebrities say is taken as the word of God, there is the possibility he's embellishing the story a bit for the outrage factor. Maybe he was really 14/15 and not 12. Even if he isn't though, I don't get the point of any outrage seeing as Ranveer just turned 30. We're talking eons ago now.

Maybe his parents lied to him about his age and he's actually 5-6 years older

Even I am a fan of his but some fans are like too much they should be honest to call out if something dumb yaha matter is sensitive its on serious topic of child sex, juvenile sexual intercourse. What about the young impressionable minds? it is said in interviews he can play anything and say anything in movies because in interviews they are not plying characters. One day Ranveer going to pee on the road on people's faces some fans will say wow so nice so fearless and unapologetic then some young fans going to find it cool and do same.

I like ranveer...he has a good heart, he is a good soul which is the most important thing for me for anyone whether it is a guy, a girl, or inbetween.

BUT it doesnt mean i condone everything he says and does. And this i dont condone. Having sex at 12 is a school boy who just left the junior level and is in class 6 or so...going off and doing something which physically, mentally and heck emotionally is meant for someone much older.

nd its not like he was this street kid shooting glue and having nothing else to keep him occupied. I mean 12 is like when boys are boisterous, cheery fellows, having crushes yes but something sweet, sports, video games, screaming shouting, having the time of their lives...

it just feels gross to look at all the grade sixers around walking with their school bags on the streets and think of them as having sex as part of their extracurricular activities...i mean isnt this what hedonism is about? when moral codes are broken because of sensual desires? 12? its ok to have sex at 12? why not ten then? or 8?

Ranveer doesnt realise this but it really is him telling kids out there already completely swamped with free po*n and adult stuff, hey, whats the big deal man, ive done it...look at me aint i the cool guy?

NO. It isnt. Its sick. Tomorrow another actor will come out and say oh wats the big deal with ranveer losing his virginity at 12, i lost it at 8.

There is no rule to abide by here except that of your own inner conscience. A guy has sex with his best friends girlfriend bcause she consented...the only code here to prevent that is that of the unwritten moral code and ones conscience...otherwise whats the big deal, he was willing she was willing, it was a free for all. it was cool.

and i mean is he going to retire from having sex at what? 40? having started so early..what charm is there after a while. what new high is he going to seek when he gets fed up of having sex.

anyways a comment someone made about him boasting made me think..is ranveer competing with ranbir who confessed that he lost his virginity at age 15?

and yes, i think it FAR MORE COOL for guys who abstain from casual sex until they are really emotionally involved...because that takes effort and maturity and self control.

I mean whats so cool about a guy or girl who just gives in to their bodily wants just because they can.

It even tells on their face...they age so quick and look debauched instead of fresh and fit.
