Big B, Zohra Sehgal, Sachin Khedekar team up!
CHEENI KUM maa-beta jodi of Zohra Sehgal and Amitabh Bachchan have paired up again. And this time they also have Sachin Khedekar for company, even though it is mainly for a commercial.
This light hearted chocolate product commercial is one of the better scripted and directed commercials featuring Amitabh Bachchan that one can remember from the recent past. It shows a middle class 'kurta-pajama' clad Bachchan paying his billionaire industrialist friend (Sachin Khedekar) a visit with a box of chocolates after being informed about the latter's success.
A delightful advertisement that does have it's own touching moments with some humor thrown in for good measure when Amitabh refers to Sachin as 'Lalten'. Well, why does he do that? There is a story behind that too. For knowing more, check out the advertisement!
