I know . I really don't know How he manages to Fluctuate & maintain his Weight so easily . Actually Easy will be wrong word ..Should say So Soon . It's definitely not an easy task to fluctuate ur weight & that too when u are gaining Muscle Weight ..Thatzz extremely Painful . I wonder how he in all this Pain promoted PRDP so well .He used to go somewhere for promotions every Day . I watched B4u's Interview of SalNam where Saahil(interviewer) was telling Salman's Schedule of whole day ..& I was like Shocked . Even Young People gets tired by working in 9-5 job ..But When I listened to his Schedule ..I was literally shocked & was totally Embarrassed thinking that I don't even do half of what he is doing at his age 👏

Yeah dude I remember when he was promoting wanted...he said that others may take time to get in shape but if I focus then I can get into good shape in 2 weeks😲 I think bc he is working out for so long then he find it not so difficult to get into shape again. But yeah its difficult for the common man if he is not working out. Yeah the muscle weight is tough to work on...some of my guy friends complaint to me all the time about it😆. I think he enjoys the work and long hours and if you enjoy your work then you don't really count the hours. 😳 But then I also think he tries to work more so than what is expected of him because he wants to forget his sorrows somehow

Salman expressed grief over the demise of veteran actor Saeed Jaffery with whom he worked in couple of films.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has decided not to use duplicate for action sequences in Sultan. The 49-year-old actor also showed concern over Aamir's health, who while working on his stint as a wrestler in Dangal, suffered a shoulder injury and has been advised bed rest for a week.

When asked what precautions will he take for Sultan considering his actor friend Aamir got injured, Salman says, "Not serious na?" (related to Aamir's injury).

"I will not use duplicate ...I will make sure I do it (action). I will train hard for it. I will have to get bigger and strong and that is difficult. I am 88 (weight), I will have to reach 94 and then come down to 70 again. It will be all muscles," the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star said.

The film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar will release next Eid.

Meanwhile, Salman expressed grief over the demise of veteran actor Saeed Jaffery with whom he worked in couple of films.

"He was a fantastic person and I have known him and his family for a long time. I think he died peacefully in his sleep... may his soul rest in peace," said Salman.
