Yash- geet handa...mm..i have heard this name somewhere?

Meera(sacrastically)- really??

Yash- hai..but i don't remember exactly and he starts thinking.. seeing yash in thinking mode meera shakes her head on his nautanki and lightly smacked his head..

Meera- yash please..stop this nautanki of urs and get to work..

Yash- nautanki?? ...few seconds later the tubelight in his head lite up.. what no no..meera u r misunderstanding , i'm not saying this.. but meera cut him in between..

Meera- yash enough , i think we should get back to work, u went to meet the cilent right, so how was the meeting??

Yash was disappointed that meera didn't allow him to explain , but it was not new for him so he shrugged it off and got back to his professional self!

Next Moring in KC

Maan entered in offiice with his usual attitude , all empolyes wished him but he hardly replied any, empolyes were used to his behaviour so nothing was new.. before entering in his cabin he odered

Maan- i want head of every department to report me in my cabin within half an hour with the list of new empolyes who they have selected..

Staff- yes sir..

Shasha and Tasha too were standing at one corner listening all this ..

Tasha- shasha.. shasha glared at her ..I mean mam.. r u sure he is married now??

Shasha- i read in newspaper 1 week a ago..

Tasha- but he didn't introduce us with his wife nor any reception party , why??

Shasha- how will i know this??

Tasha- i think MK's wife is too dominating and she even beats MK too..

Shasha- what!!! Tasha u have lost it..

Tasha - arre nahi see he have a bandage on his head plus yesterday i noticed that he was not able to move his left hand too..may be his wife has black belt in karate..

Shasha , gave a pity look to tasha and said- leave it..talking to u is like banging ur head to some wall...

Tasha- haww.. then why don't u urself ask him..

Shasha- so that i can lose the job right??, shasha glared at tasha..getting scared a bit tasha diverted her eyes somewhere when she saw adi..

Tasha- shasha...oops i mean...mam.. should we ask adi , he is close to mk??

Shasha- mm..ADI!

Adi- yes shasha..

Shasha- Mk is married right??

This question of shasha surprised adi , but he knew one day this news will leak out..

Adi- it would be nice if u ask me some professional question not this..

Shasha- shut up adi , everybody knows this through media and other sources so no need to hide it..

Adi- and i think u very know MK don't like anybody from his office talking about his personal life so its better if u both pay attention to ur respective works rather than gossiping about his personal life..

With that Adi left from there..

Shasha- MK ka chamcha!!! , tasha let's go!

Dream's Construction(DC)

All the empolyes of the company were gathered there including geet , most of them were new , old ones were also just have experience of one month only with this company..

Meera- good morning everyone, well i'm impressed by seeing the punctuality of my empolyes hope its not for only today , u all will continue this in future too...

Yash- and i know u all will... anyways we are here for a formal introduction so that we can just get familiar with each other, okay..so i'm Yash Malhotara .. ur cool boss..

Meera- actually too cool..meera indirectly taunted him..

Yash- for know ignore her guys.. where was i , yes ur cool boss,if u need any help i'm always available , free feel to talk to me but keep in mind no laziness regarding work, if there is that then u will see the other side of me.. now ur turn he elbowed meera.. in return he got glare from her.., he mouthed a sorry to her.. but meera ignored him and looked in front to address her empolyes..

Meera- hello everyone i'm Meera Saxena , i'm not cool as yash but still if u need any help u can ask plus u all can put me in strict boss category for work related stuffs, i won't mind ! me and yash are equal partners of this company..., okay now i would like to call each of u to introduce urself one by one so that other empolyes would get to know each other..

One by one all introduced them , geet too did the same, slowly slowly she was getting confident about herself , now her inner voice always used to assure her if they can do it then why can't she, she is too as capable as them. This inner confidence was making her confident from outside too, it was giving her invisible strength .

Meera-thank you all for introducing urself, now u all must be aware of each others name at least.. so now i think we should get going with work...

Staff- yes mam!

Meera- geet come with me..

Geet- yes mam..

Geet followed in her cabin..

Meera- geet here are some blue prints(around 10 blue prints were there) i want u to go through them and rectify the mistakes if u find any..

Geet- yes mam..

Meera- and one more thing i want u to complete it today only.. i hope u don't have any problem..

Geet- no mam , i will complete it today only..

Meera- good , now u can leave..

Yash was there only and he saw it all.. when geet left he went towards meera and asked..

Yash- meera that blue prints were.. but meera cut him in between..

Meera- i know what u r going to ask , that we already have rejected that blue prints because of some or other error in them , then why i gave them to geet, right??

Yash- yes..

Meera- because we only pointed the error, not rectified the mistakes, and i want geet to do so..

Yash- but u gave her 10 blueprints to complete in a day its too much!

Meera- that's because i want to check her capability and lets see how capable she is!

Yash- that's too much!

The head of every department was present in maan's cabin..

Maan- i was not present during the interviews but i hope u all did best while selecting new empolyees..

Shasha , who was head of designing team said- sir i selected the best!

Maan- hmm i liked ur confidence and adi??

Adi , who was head of account department said- sir i tried my best ..

Maan- hmm.. , so from when are they joining??

Shasha- sir from tomorrow..

Maan- okay , then put the selected candidates list with their details on my table, then u all can leave..

One by one all put their their list and went from there.. when all left maan went through all the details of every selected candidate but one name grabbed his attention the most and that name was Nishi Handa!

Maan- nishi joined here but why???

Evening around 5 pm..

DC

Whole day was busy for geet , the mistakes in the blue prints are never ending , till know she completed only 5 and still 5 more blueprints were left , and every other person was one by one leaving office as clock already striked 5 in evening..

Geet- this much work , i didn't even done during my exam days, babaji help me, what will i answer to meera mam..

Pinky who was receptionist there and during lunch break geet and she gelled together, came to call geet so that both can leave together but was disppointed to see her surrounded by work till now..

Pinky- kya yaar, ur work is not finished??

Geet(with a sad face)- still half is left..

Pinky- haww..half how much time will it take??

Geet- don't know..

Pinky- so should i wait??

Geet- no need pinky u can go, i will manage..

Pinky- sure?

Geet- hmm..

Pinky- okay bye , see u tomorrow then..

Geet- hmm..bye..

And pinky left from there..

Meera saw all this through her cabin , she was impressed with geet's hardwork though she was disappointed that geet was not able to complete the work within time but was statisfied after seeing her dedication towards work.. so after few minutes she went to geet..

Meera- so geet are u done??

Geet(nervously)- no ..mam.. 4 blueprints are still left..

Meera- oh.. u can do it tomorrow...

Geet was happy to hear this and was going to say thank you when meera interrupted her thoughts with her next words..

Meera- or u can stay here till 7pm as i'm here only and try to complete them.. she eyed the blueprints..

Now geet was in fix, its her first day in office and she was not able to meet up to expectations of her boss and now she can't even say no as it will sound unprofessional..

Geet- i will too stay here till 7 then.. half heartedly she said..

Meera- good! , then get back to work again.. and she left

Around 7:15 , Yash entered inside office and he was surprised to see geet there, then his eyes wandered towards meera's cabin, seeing the lights on he guessed what might have happened, he went towards geet..

Yash- geet right??

Geet who was on verge of completing her work looked up to see her another boss, she immediately stood up..

Geet- yes sir..

Yash- what are u doing here till now?

Geet- woh..woh sir i was completing my work, its almost done just few more corrections, then i will leave..

Yash- hmm.. and he left geet..

Meera was busy in her work when yash entered inside...

Yash- meera what's that, u made geet work till now, its getting too much!

Meera- oye hello , two hours back i asked her to leave but she herself said that she will complete the work first then leave..

Yash- oh that's it i don't believe u must have said something else too so just blurt it out..

Meera- what! I said nothing, i just said do it tomorrow or u can continue till 7 as i'm also here..that's it now where i forced her to stay here?

Yash- great!!!! I think..leave it chalo..its already late.. and he grabbed her hand switched off the lights and dragged her outside..

Yash- geet u can continue tomorrow now, let's leave..

Geet- no sir its done, u both can check!

Yash(surprised)- u did it all??

Geet- yes..

Yash- oh, we will check it tomorrow , pack ur things, me and meera will drop u ..

Meera and geet both were surprised to hear this..

Geet- no sir i will go myself no need..

Yash- geet its dark outside plus its not safe for a girl to roam outside at this time specailly in delhi..

That's when meera looked out through window , seeing the complete darkness she was thankful to yash for asking this..

Meera- yes geet yash is right come with us , we will drop u!

Geet- no mam, i will manage..

Yash- but geet..

Geet- sir i will manage!

Yash and meera tried but geet denied them, hearing her denial they left..

ON ROAD

Geet was walking through empty road.. not even a single vechile was passing , she was too scared..

Geet- wah geet! Now y r u getting scared .. ye sab no no kehne se phele sochana tha!

She stopped at bus stop , and started waiting for a bus or even a taxi , she just want to reach home as soon as possible..

After waiting for around 10 minutes too no vechile passed from there, geet was getting frustrated with this waiting and was again and again looking at her watch...

Soon she heard a horn , a relief ran through her body but as she lifted her eyes to look , relief washed out , few guys on three bikes were coming towards her..

Getting scared she thought to leave from there as soon as possible, so started to walk from there but the bikers soon caught her and moved their bikes in circle around her..

Guy1- guys our prey for today..

Guy2- she looks amazing..

Guy3- how u know, i can't see anything due to her extra clothes..

Guy4- no problem and he tried to pull geet's dupatta from her shoulder but geet stopped him..

Geet- leave me please.. geet pleaded..

Guy1- guys she speaks too.. but tch tch girl we can't hear ur pleads na.. and all laughed at her..

One of the guy again tried to snatch her dupatta but this time instead of pleading or pulling back her dupatta , she left it and without caring about herself she escaped from in between their bikes and ran from there...

But the guys were not in mood to leave so they accelerated their bikes in her direction ..

Geet was running in her full speed , in her life till now she never faced anything like this , only read about all this in newspaper and heard all this in television , that time she used to shrug it off as that was not a big thing for her but today facing it was totally different , she never thought it could be this scary , she want to die rather than getting caught by them..

The tears in her eyes made her vision blurred , she has no sense of direction , she was running and running..she turned back to see the bikers they were still following her and were just few meters away, as she turned in front the strong light from a car made her blind, she stopped there only as if waiting for her death , but she escaped, thanks to car driver who stopped at right moment!

A well built man came out of car, Geet who slowly opened her eyes was happy to see maan infront of her, that time nothing else mattered for her , the tension between them , their ignorance nothing.. , she ran to him and tightly hugged him.. maan..

Maan- geet.. maan who was confused to see geet here that too at this time... and seeing her crying made him more confuse..

But soon his confusion flew away , when that guys approached them..

Guy1- hey mister, give her back , she is ours for tonight!

Guy2- guys she smell good , he said while smelling her dupatta and that's when maan realized what's the matter is..

Maan(in stern voice)- give that dupatta back!

Guy1- we will , but u give us the girl first , we will happily give this dupatta to u..

Maan- give that dupatta back! He warned them for second time..

Guy1- dude don't u understand that.. he was not even able to complete his sentence as one punch from maan shut him up! and he fainted with that one punch only..

Maan with his red shot eyes look at the guy who was holding geet's dupatta and again repeated the same sentence..

Seeing his friend state , that guy without saying anything gave it back !

Maan- leave us!!!!

And they left them alone..

Maan went close to geet , who was standing facing her back towards him , geet ur dupatta.. , she took it..

Geet- thank u..

Maan- hmm.., sit inside the car..

Geet without saying anything sat inside the car as at that she doesn't have much options plus she was too terrified right now!

Maan sat beside geet and ordered the driver to take them at km..

On the way , maan looked at geet, who was lost in her own world...

Maan was in dilema , whether to console her or not and if yes then how.. whole journey passed in this only.. and they reached km..

Geet without saying anything got out from car and went inside , maan too followed her..

Dadima who was till now worried about geet , got a relief seeing her..

Dadima- geet finally u r home, u know how worried i was..

Geet- woh..woh.., the incident has shooked her up but instead of showing she controlled her emotions and replied woh, dadima i got busy that's why..

Dadima- still geet u should have informed me once na i know u don't have mobile but u can inform from office landline right??.. i was getting so tensed..

Geet- sorry dadima, geet was really feeling guilty to make dadima worry for her.. from next time i will inform u..

Dadima- okay dear , now go and get freshened up , u must be tried na..

Geet- hmm and geet left from there..

Maan was at door step only , and after hearing dadima's and geet conversation he got to know that geet got a job, he felt happy about this...

Seeing maan , dadima royally ignored him and left from there..

INSIDE MAAN'S ROOM

Maan- hello adi.., i want u to arange a new mobile phone right now with an activated sim..

Adi- but sir now, how will..

Maan- adi i don't want excuses, do it right now, got it!

Adi- but sir..

Maan- no excuses adi, bye! And he cut the call..

Dadima who was going to call geet , heard maan's conversation with adi and shooked her head..

Dadima- oh god! Make my son realize his love!

phew!!!! too long update na?? almost 3000 words😲
