@Bertie RNJ is under illusion from BRM, but yesterday I felt he was not giving that respectful look to BRM, he had a quizzical look in his face.

For Gayatri I will always say it is better she lose this battle, because to win a war according to me you need to lose some battle.

See BRM's defense is the trust RNJ has on her. That his grandmother will not do any harm to him. Whereas he knows the true colours of Kuwar chacha, chachi and Lakshya.

BRM has to undo herself. She has to commit a cardinal mistake, a mistake that cannot be reverted. But the mistake should be such that her defense is blown away or in other words power goes from her hand.

And BRM is not a lady who will do the mistake as she is very very shrewd. As you rightly said she knows everyone and observes everything.

That's why Gayatri and Swarna are important in this game. Because both these women look subservient, but they are actually not subservient. I mean RM doesn't mask her shrewedness, but both Gayatri and Swarna are capable of masking their intelligence and fighting spirit.

And this is where BRM is gonna fall.

Agree with you Shruti, Ranaji is trapped in BRM's evil plans but his heart lies with Gayatri, he will not allow Gayatri to leave the palace as she told, Gayatri has given an ultimatum to Ranaji to chose whomever he wants, lets see how the story moves forward.

@Chennaigirl tell what RNJ should do. RNJ asked her some time to prove his instincts. Gayatri went and told she is not RNJ's wife to Sula.

Sula is told to be in a delicate condition because of amnesia. If you are a person with conflict of head and heart and have conscience you will try to balance it out.

You don't want to hurt a woman who claims to be your first wife, because you don't have proof to say otherwise.

And the woman who you asked to be patient, is anything but patient and taking things in her hand.

I repeat RNJ is a king and he cannot take sides till he has proof to prove whether Sula is his first wife or imposter.

If he throws out Sula what will he tell his subjects. On what basis he threw her out. And what kind of a king he will be in front of his subjects if he throws out Sula like that.

And in those days Kings used to have more than one wife and he can choose who will be his queen. RNJ has conferred both the title of queen and wife to Gayatri. It is her decision to step out because she cant accept a man who is having another wife. Gayatri would have never married RNJ if he was a married man with his first wife alive. She married a widower and she didn't want to take Sula's place in his heart and wanted him to move on. But she cannot share herself with a man who is sharing his body and soul with another woman also.

So it is not RNJ's fault here. Gayatri has decided to step back. And at this point he can go only with the available option of what BRM tells him, let it be frustrating enough for him.

I am sure in the coming episode he will start doing something, once he is able to understand the confusion.

Everyone is testing his patience now and I am waiting to see the frustrated soul breaking down in such a way that none of these women would dare go near him and to stop him from destroying everything something drastic would have to be done.

@Shruthi, even if he is not a king, he can't outright back out from accepting Sulakshana as his wife and we have seen what happened when RM tried to intervene and said Ranaji saw her falling. Yes BRM has planned this perfectly and she has answers for every question posed by RM or RNJ or even Gayathri. Yes Ranaji neither seen sona's dead body nor had done the cremation and that is the great alibi BRM has with her. Added to that Sona is brought to palace by BRM, the senior most person in the family and not by some outsider? Why will she bring an imposter to trap her family? And what reasons either RM or RANJ give for not believing in her words? If not for the amnesia part, may he would have asked Sona some private questions which are known only to two of them but now he can't even do that and he has been warned about not stressing Sona due to her sensitive mental condition. Added to that it is just few hours since her entry and how can he get set to investigate the case? That too against his own Grand mother who has taken care of him more than his mother? even if he questions the Banjara group, will they tell him the truth? they will recite the same thing which has been prompted by BRM and team.

So to unlash the truth, it is better Gayathri stays away from Palace for some time so that BRM rejoice her victory and lose her guards gfor a while. Gayathri can do her private investigation as an individual without notifying the world while the imposter group will be thinking of their next plans to trap the throne. may be BRM will tell RNJ not to indulge in physical activity claiming Sona's fragile condition and would have instructed The lady to drag this situation till such time the sperm donor is successful in impregnating Swarna. May be later (once Swarna gives birth to a child) she herself may find some excuse to call this lady an imposter and get her hanged, so that her secret is safe.

But I think this new entry for Swarna may reveal this lady's truth without his knowledge during his high (alcohol) moments as even he must be from the same banjara group.

@Jaya I agree to you. I stressed the point of him being the king is because the accountability is more. People trust in the justice delivered by king, so he cannot do something randomly.

I have been telling since yesterday that Gayatri stepping back is the ideal move. Because BRM and co will be relaxed a bit and they will do mistake.

Swarna and the man they have identified for impregnating her are the key in unraveling this mystery. She is the wild card

He is looking for a moral support from Gayathri in his tough time 😉

If he can't let go off his first wife, how will he let his second wife leave him? He had not had any idea of Sualakshna sprinting on him from no where after 6 years? So it is difficulty for him also to digest the happenings and is the one who has been trapped badly. If gayathri is humiliated, that is the humiliation of the king as well. So he will make sure he find a way to deal with the situation and till such time, he has requested Gayathri to be patient. But if she does something in between on her own, we can't blame him for that. It is as shocking fro him as it is for Gayathri or RM. So they shall wait for few hours atleast to settle the issue and then take appropriate actions to unravel the same.

@chennaigirl rightly said by Jaya RNJ is expecting support from Gayatri in his hour of need. For any decision you need sane mind. But at this point even Gayatri is hurt. She is jumping guns. I can empthatize with her. After all the hatred she got, she was just getting close to RNJ, she had just got the right of wife and when another woman comes between them, that too RNJ's first wife. The woman whose spell Gayatri was trying to break on him. It is very hard on her.

And when RNJ is not outright rejecting Sula, she feels rejected once again and taking decisions that is hurting both of them.

And RNJ he has no support system. He is alone. He has started feeling towards his second wife. He gave her the right of wife and queen. And a woman comes in front of him claiming to be his first wife. he cannot accept her, nor reject her. So frustration is building on him also.

Actually BRM is expecting this frustration that can self destroy RNJ as I am sure he will do something drastic emotionally and in anger.

And as Jaya said if Swarna gets preggy by that man by that time, throne will belong to kuwar chacha and co.

BRM is playing with RNJ's emotions and that too very badly.

thanks shruthi. Though I like to watch historical, I am skeptical about the same after getting attached to JA and bitten badly with the way the show progressed. So is the case with DABH. So I am trying really hard to not to get attached to any show now. that is one reason why I don't watch any of these shows which promise a lot initially and trip eventually.

Looks like they are moving on the right path here in this show. So I think I will stick for some time here. They are showing the exact chronicles which were the norms of that century. So neither we can blame Bigamy nor accept it. That too in this case neither RM nor GS knew that Sona might pop up on their face all of a sudden after 6 years of her supposed to be dead situation. Lets see how things move forward. We can expect more drama and lest try to analyze why they did what they did.
