The maximum punishment under the Indian Child Marriage Act is two years RI. But as I said earlier, BV has its own law of the land. Its lead can unilaterally edit, modify, rewrite or create her own law.

Having modified the law as she pleases, she can also tell the judge, even in a case where she is only a witness, to give life imprisonment to the accused.

Not just this. She will get standing ovation for carrying out amendments to the law all on her own.

Who needs Parliament or even courts when Anandi can dispense kangaroo- style punishment and get kudos for it too.?

yes agree totally. A woman who is like a housewife running a school during her spare time is going to make amendment in the Constitution of India. 😆

She gives her advice to the judge on what punishment he should give to a convict.😆 And the poor judge, mesmerized by her speech, says he is going to put forward the suggestion before the authorities. 😆

Finally watched today's episode and had a great laughter at cvs idiocy 🤡 Next time BV should be awarded best comedy show 🤣This is not any cult show but comedy show

Such a hilarious and foolish episode it was

Once again creatives ruined a potential track to give prominence to Anandi If they are so obsessed with Anandi then why don't they make such tracks from start in which she gets logical prominence but no they create a logical track without her but then remember about her ruin everything to force her in those tracks and give her prominence Once again they did same

Never seen such a stupid courtroom drama in any show before

First of all Akhiraj was arrested on Mangala's statement Anandi joined in later in other crimes of Akhiraj but when Akhiraj was arrested The chart sheet which was made against him in that the crimes which were added at the time of his arrest were what Mangala told , what Jagya witnessed and later what kishore and that corrupted inspector confessed so shouldn't Akhiraj be tried on that first On basis of which the crimes he was arrested but in court room it was Anandi Anandi and Anandi No one called Mangala in witness box ?

Urmi was testifying against Kundan how that was against Akhiraj ?

The defense lawyer was blaming an influential , respected man MLA Dr Jagdish Singh for conspiracy against Akhiraj who has not won even Panchayat elections yet and was running for his support in panchayat elections ?🤣The defense lawyer was blaming Jagya for this conspiracy against Akhi insecure from his popularity 🤣 i had a blast of laughter hearing this and public prosecutor was standing like dumb why he did not counter argued with defense lawyer on this ? when the judge asked the defense lawyer does he have any proof for what he said The defense lawyer said he has no proof but prosecution has no proof either ? Really prosecution has no proof ? where is that police cop whom Akhiraj shot? where is that police team who was with Jagya and caught Akhiraj red handed trying to kill Mangala and Nimboli? and most important why no one asked from Akhiraj and his defense lawyer why would an MLA conspire against a person who even needed his support to attract people in his public meetings and needed his support to win panchayat elections ?Tomorrow Akhiraj will say even Indian PM is insecure of him and plotting a conspiracy against him insecure that Akhiraj can someday become PM even though he could not become a sarpanch of his village yet 🤣but in future may be so let me start conspiracy against from now 🤣

Anandi ji and bhashan🤢 I was 👎🏼Stop this drama lady you never bothered about Urmi before now doing this mahanta drama in front of people

Regarding Urmi, yes she found a new customer ... She is always on the look out for customers. Therefore, whenever she finds bakras like mangala (in mela she had given her card to mangala) and Urmi (she broke her marriage without hearing her side of the story) she just grabs the opportunity.🤢

Now it is clear - they will make Urmila, kamli and Mangala sing praises to Anandi🤢 - perhaps living in Jaitsar👎🏼. The women who could do so much independently will become a dependent. That is women empowerment for creatives. Anandi dependent on BH and all other women dependent on Anandi.

Anandi gave Mangala her card and told about her work way back when it was decided that Kundan will be married off for a second time.

She had an opportunity to find out about the work that Anandi had been doing then.She could have asked more about her work.

She could have used the card when Kundan tried to consummate marriage by force and Urmi was all battered and bruised.

No.She didn't want to call Anandi because she will take Nimboli with her.

Had Mangala done that much earlier Urmi wouldn't have become pregnant and her health wouldn't be so delicate.

She would have been saved from all this trauma.

Funny, the downtrodden, illiterate villagers are expected to find out more what some so called social worker is doing, to go to so called social worker or call them. While the social worker can conveniently remain busy meddling in divorce case of her student's parents and then seeing movies, having dinner with the student and her father😛. Social workers are for giving lecture to the judge and people and get standing ovation 😆.

I expected Urmi/Mangala/Kamli to ask why she she annuled Urmi's marriage sitting conveniently at Jaitsar or by coming to Jhalra? And if it is so easy to annule a marriage - why did she went to stop Kundan's first marriage and did grave injustice to Nimboli?

It is not about level of literacy or level of knowledge it is the question of caring for people.

If people really want to help their loved ones they will find a way.

If Mangala cared for Urmi she would have reached out to that helping hand.

What stopped Mangala from asking help from Anandi? Why did she change her mind about calling Anandi when she wanted to help Urmi?

Why? Simply because of her self interests. Let the world turn upside down as long as her Nimboli is with her it doesn't matter.

If Mangala was sincere enough to get help for Urmi all she needed to do was make a call to Anandi and tell her about Urmi.

She was about to go and make a call but suddenly remembered her pressing need to keep Nimboli with her in the dark hole so she did not make that call. Instead 24 hours later she came up with Devi act which did nothing to that girl🤢

How people conveniently forget that😛

Social worker told her the work that she does.

The noble soul Mangala was quite impressed with the work the social worker had been doing

The noble soul Mangala closed her mind towards the social worker only when she said her focus is on child marriages.

When the noble soul actually thought of helping Urmi the first thing that came to her mind was to call Anandi.

Only her pressing need to have her teddy bear close to her stopped Mangala calling Anandi.

It is all shown in the episode where Urmi was battered bruised by Kundan

Courtroom drama was a farce🤢

But loved the way A stood for Urmi.

Tch tch, people were bashing A that she is responsible for Urmi's plight. Now when she took her responsibility new song started why didnt she came earlier?😆 How will she do this earlier.?She had to run after noble soul M who was running with her baby

Moreover, the case was under judiciary. When case was filed. Court has sent there person to know her decision. Urmi decided to stay back there. A cant jump there and bring her to SN. She has to take court's permission , so she did asked permission explaining the things. Judges know everything but when you have to take someone's responsibility you have to tell him .

I was so missing A's bhasan😆 got it yesterday. Loved it. Good to know everyone watched disgusting lady's bhasan😆. Aab keya kare love it , hate it she is the lead, cant ignore her.

The court room drama was a joke w.r.t evidences and all.

after her testimony A requested the judge to give Akhi life sentence. Many times we have seen that happens , the witness after giving testimony wants toughest punishment for the accused , they request that out of emotional state, neither dictating the judge , nor the judge holds such position that he will change his decision based on that.

But Akhi and Harki, they are made for each other, best couple

Yes, it is indeed funny that the downtrodden , illiterate villagers can run away from place to place by fooling everyone, protecting themselves with knife when they know that the mother of the child can take her away from them but when the child was tortured day and night , beat mercilessly almost to death they become so helpless that they cant do anything and have all the excuses.

They dont even take a chance to find out if the so called social worker can be of any help.

But the social worker will be blamed even if she wears a cotton saree.

When the social worker remained busy in meddling divorce case?

Her student was effected badly by that and on her request she just told them if they can reconsider their decision and left it to them.

Why social workers are not supposed to watch movies? Where it was written?

She had her son , even on movie date the doctor told she didnt want to come but came on the kids insistence .

I found it hilarious to see such neutral viewpoint.
