Scientifically speaking, this series of acts of Ishita doesn't look good on her character even though she's facing psychological disorder. Simply because Shagun hated Ashok till her death and wanted to start a new life with Manoj. If mentally disturbed Ishita would have run after Manoj that could make sense but this is completely bizarre. It appears like Ishita subconsciously had some sort of unfulfilled desire for Ashok which is now getting out freely since her rational level to control herself is broken.
