I think that Yuvika comment was Mandana's observation and she told it when Salman asked her about who she thinks is the most fake in the house. I didn't find it wrong plus Mandana's opinion gets justified in todays episode as even one viewer in the precap said the same thing like Mandana that Yuvika looks fake with the smile 24/7

Also Mandana telling her opinion front of everyone without trying to make it sweet just shows how confident Mandana is and does not need to be sweet or fake in giving her opinion out!
