Singers getting no Breaks

It is so sad that none of the singers on VOI are getting any breaks from either the sitting judges😳 like elsewhere or from the visiting music directors or producers.News goes around and they must be so frustrated because they are all good singers. Gajji though is the pioneer in musical reality shows is in troubled waters for his indecisiveness and floating rules and allowing the sitting judges to go overboard in over praising to the extent of embarassing the singers and annoying the viewers.Gajji buck up and what is happened to all your expertise.

I think Aadesh offered Arshpreet a song after her first audition. But does he remember? Plus, he doesn't give music for too many films now. Neither do Jatin or Lalit, really. The other two judges, Alka and Abhijeet, are singers. Some other guests have offered songs or said things like, "one day you will sing for us for sure" but I haven't read any news on the so-called offers. All is not lost, though. Some promises made on shows never materialize. The true challenge begins after the show. 😊

I think it'll take atleast 3-4 years for the new breed of singers to break into the industry.

all of them seem to be working just for formality there

the contestents themselves do not enjoy the show (look at ishmeet, irfan-just waiting for their turn to sing)

chakrawat and surakshyachakra

all the judges say he/she whould not come in chakrawat next week, -than who the hell is going to come in charawat, there should be someone there.

another judge from agani (jatin/lalit just says shaan lets do this lets do that)
neutral judge says aavas should remain in the competition-thats all

alka forcefully has to admit that abhilasha sang good

look at the cricket episode- what the hell they were doing and harshit wearing, looks like he is conducting a marriage ceremony

these days hot music directors are carefully watching saregamapa and selecting their playback singers from there

again toshi priyani and aavash will be eliminated and another wild card entry

waste of money and time

I think this is a completely ridiculous show , the only reason i watch it is for the contestants who are all good singers, if only such wonderful talent was not put to waste because of gajji's useless "creativity" and the good for nothing judges.

Even though Gajji is the pioneer of TV singing competitions, is there a single instance where he has helped the talented contestants of his shows for the past 10 to 12 years get foothold in the music industry?

Instead he subjects them to all kind of harassment, humiliation, tension & drama that by the time show ends some of these poor youngster might end up as mental wrecks. The fact that he is a shrewd businessman concerned about only increasing his own bank balance by using these kids and he is not averse to adopt all types of gimmickry & foul means is now an open sad truth.

Even the guests invited on the show are there for the only purpose of promotion of their own products and least interested in the future of the singers who entertain them with the display of their vocal skills.

So it is better for young budding singing talents to not at all participate in these sham shows by sacrificing their valuable growing & learning years crucial for their future career & life. There are many hundred other avenues to launch a music career and it need not be through these singing circuses.

do you think the singers themselves care abt singing
the reason they take part in this reality show is to get stage shows for 1 or 2 years
everyone knows that u dont get any breaks in the film industry at all
after 1 or 2 year they will all burn out and be replaced by the next crop of reality tv stars
so lets earn the money for 1 or 2 years
after that lets open a singing school for other gullible singers who want to take part in these reality shows
