Aware in what sense...like concerned or something like that..
And forgetting steps...looks like his MPD situation or whatever it is is geting serious and stronger..

Not concerned, but feeling her presence, she is standing close to them while they are dancing. Yeah after he forgot the step ( which was to carry Ishani), it's was like he did it on purpose becuase Nimisha was standing right there and Ishani looked very concerend after that. I am sorry I am not liking this track at all. Ranveer has been loyal all his life, even when ishani wasn't there and now he is lusting after someone else due to his MPD, I just cannot digest. The CV's couldn't come up with something else.
