This is a red blu coloring.
You have to work with the levels, photo filer and other adjustmest to get this kind of effect
But you cant remake it.

There is no blending there. You can see the pics are separated, except for the little part from the edges. Just good coloring.

Can i see the pics that u want to out together maybe i can help better.

first of all wanna give u tips on coloruing ...try to keep same colour of both pictures and apply some good psd ya create ur own colour

there are many shops in avatar and signature shop dear...if u have time just look at those works it will be helpful to you that for sure...

I've tried photoshop 3 months ago and now I can make something decent. Basically you need to know what tools are for what. When you blend pictures, you can use lasso tool, magnetic lasso tool or the quick selection tool. Start trying out with the curves, levels, brightness and contrast, saturation and selective coloring.

Experiment with the blending modes of different layers.For eg, if you lessen the saturation of an image and change the blending mode from normal to screen the image will become more bright.

Never be afraid to experiment.
