I loved it SO damn much OMG! Especially after the SwaSan marriage news today & our discussion about a sacrificing poor Sanskaar. Must say the story is as realistic & poignant as the title's filminess, gah SOOO goodI loved Swara so much here, my favorite in this story. It moved me deeply đ I guess we all identify with it at some point. Loved Shomi, Sujata & Dida here, such lovely ladies. I am in love with Sujata more after reading this now đ You know how everyone thinks AP is so nice & all, but IDK I just don't seem to like her in the show SO much, think she's two faced & biased EXACTLY like here đ˛ co-incidence or what? Shekhar & Lux, of course two of my most favorite delusion land folks -_- I could actually imagine Lux's grinning at Swara & felt like punching his face black and blue đłđ¤ŁAbsolutely loved their confession & how Swara helped Sanky get over his insecurities regarding their love. I absolutely want something like this in the show, where it is shown that Swara has fallen in love with Sanskaar for the man he is & not for some sindoor or social obligation. I hope the makers read this & translate it onscreen. Absolutely in love with their kiss here âşď¸ A tinge of blush literally crept up my cheek reading & envisioning it. Dammit SO much passion & chemistry âşď¸âşď¸ Loved the way you wrote it! Can't we get to see something like this onscreen? âşď¸ Oh my filmy Sanky <3đAbsolutely Loved it Viji, you're a terrific writer & I seriously cannot wait to read more from you. Yeah, I was kinda snarky about Lux and Shekhar, right? Couldn't help it, they are irritating me too much these days. And they are so, so alike. Its just meant to be that Swara would not land up with Lakshya--he is just as weak and spineless as Shekhar, it would be like repeating the same mistake across generations! Surely fate can't be so unkind! She deserves a man with a functioning brain and backbone, Sansku fits the bill very well. đ
I agree with you, I don't think too much of AP. For all her gentility and avowals that she loves Sanskaar equally, being a son of the house, her bias is quite palpable. I'm not saying the bias shouldn't exist--after all, a son is more precious than a nephew, especially a nephew by marriage. But pretending all the time that this bias doesn't exist, is galling.
I kind of wrote this as something I expect to happen in the show--I do feel Sanskaar will be unable to accept anything less than complete love from Swara. His feelings will be so intense, that he will feel too hurt by the thought that she wants to stay with him just out of a sense of obligation. And he is just insecure enough to believe Swara does not or cannot love him! (Lucky may well exacerbate this feeling). Swara will have to convince him otherwise in her inimitable sherni style! đ
But I do hope the separation between Swara--Sansku wouldn't be too long đ I really have a very low pain threshold for MU/ heartbreak of lead pairs I get so emotionally invested in.
Thanks again for reading. Do hope you enjoy reading my TS "second chances" as well. Its both very moving and very humbling to get heartfelt comments like this. When I do write more (in process of writing a TS which should be up this weekend hopefully), I hope I don't disappoint!
