Another disadvantage is Tamasha is sandwiched between the 2 biggest films of the year- Prem Ratn Dan Payo and Dilwalie. Audience would have spent a lot during Diwali and PRDP and would wait only for Christmas and New year to spend again. Tamasha is looking at 45-50 crore maximum lifetime and a flop verdict.

Why it will not flop :

1. Deepika & Ranbir pairing though overrated has real fan following outside of IF..

2. ARR magic <3 Plus with IK, bound to hear some great music..

3. Deepika after her successful outing in PIKU..

4. Its RK & DP film, promotions would be huge.. RK needs this film to become HIT, badly.. He would be more agressive.. Expect marriage news and more salad stories.. From DP side, oh her PR are genius they already know what to do..

5. Highway wasnt a major BO success but was a critical acclaim so expecting it..

6. It may come weeks before monsters like Dilwale and BM, but the end of Nov has no other big films except Tamasha.. Regular movie goers and neutral audience may lap it up..

7. Deepika has quite a XL size of fan following and so does Ranbir.. They would be aggressive as well with regular trends and forcing their families to go and watch it..

8. Youth audience and multiplex audience are most likely target audience, that itself means it would do good..

9. RKDP coming together after a huge success of YJHD

10. Beautiful camera work, bless IA for always getting the best of locales and music..
