Chapter 9:
"Hello ladies! How come you guys here? Are you like following the two popular and insanely hot men of our college huh?" Cabir stuttered with a playful smirk.
"Oh please! You and hot?! C'mon Brad Pitt would die out of a disease called ' effects after seeing a joker ' if he glances at you even for a second!!" Navya quickly gave a sarcastic reply, and Cabir couldn't do anything but roll his eyes. Throughout the convo of CaVya or rather bickerings, Manik and Nandini were quite,unable to say anything they kept staring at each other, getting flashbacks of the moment spent together, the fights,the teasing and the manofying sessions came as a film infront of each other.
Manik had something planned in his mind; tad bit sure about Nandini actually being his Nandu got a hint of assurance by this cute little eyelock.Nandini couldn't resist.No matter how many times her inner soul knocked her to look away but she just couldn't or didn't want to,it was becoming a need now; to just go and take him in her embrace and tell him countless lame jokes just to notice his stupid faces and the giggles he used to break or tease her for tangling up with the words.
Manik's p.o.v.
Nandini! Tell me something Goddammit! Is it you? Please? Why do I feel like its you?I can't pretend being happy. I need you best friend! I need you! My eyes welled up, I can't take it anymore. I kept staring at her but she didn't voice up! It's killing me now; those big big eyes, those plump cheeks, the pouty lips this is so much of Nandini I am hundred and a million percent sure it is her but why couldn't I recognize her! Wait I need to check something..

He was hurt, he lost hope but whenever he tried to let go of her, her smiling face flashed infront of his eyes; no longer could he resist, he cried and called, searched and screamed for her, but she never came..."
(Every one was teary by then wanting to know more about the two bestfriends! Nandini's eyes reddened tears not stopping ,she very well knew who it was for. Navya was shocked to see her as Nandini wouldn't cry in these emotional stuff until it's dearly close to her heart. Nandini couldn't hold anymore, it was enough for her now, it was too much to bear. But..
Did he recognize her? Aahh the question still remained...
"He needs her now. He has had enough of the brutality. He wants her now! ComeBack is the only words he wants her to know and He knows She is here! No matter what happens, even if the world comes to an end, they will still be Best Friends Forever.

Manik couldn't get off the stage when a heavy force pulled him back, Nandini couldn't hold back anymore and crashed in his chest letting soft sobs out and making Manik smile and he hugged her back.
