hey !! me too watched Manmarziyan initially but then again ... SP got it's track changed and introduced a Vamp and then it went downhill from there and finally got winded up in I guess 4 months ...look at the duration of the show ... just 4 months ... how will any Producer make a love story if the channels will mess it in between and then axe it off !!
I loved IPK for what it was ... solely for Sanaya !! She was the only reason I sat through whatever they aired later on right till the last episode and whatever transpired in the end and I did not want it to end just because Sanaya wanted it to continue ... She was the one playing Khushi so her opinion / judgement on this mattered the most to me ...even it had many illogical tracks but it held it's own.
Many people will not agree with me and neither do I want to play any spoil sport to Arshi fans but for me ...down the line to kidnapping track ... there was no love story post it because of obvious reasons which we all know , I don't need to explain to anyone ... everything was on Sanaya and she handled it amazingly !
The way Sanaya played Khushi who was a complete nut case and the way she played Paro who was a different soul all together is so stark different ! I loved Khushi and Paro made me mad about her even more than I have a screensaver of Paro on my phone !! I have gone berserk really ! 😆
You have all rights to state your opinion. I have always been a huge ArHi fan. So when the show was ending, deep down a part of me was like if no Arnanv, then no Khushi. They both are inseparable. But looking at the heartbreaking SBS segment on last day with Sanaya's tears, I had never regretted my unsaid/hidden wish more than what I felt that day. I wanted it to continue only for Sanaya. Yes, Sanaya deserves all the credits she gets for the show. She was dedicated throughout, no matter what happened. But at the same time, I don't blame anyone for the way illogical tracks were introduced except CVS. They showed kidnapping track fine. But after that instead of showing Anjali being whipping willow, they should have showed her as a strong woman fighting her fate and rising as a winner. If the focus shifted to Anjali in that manner rather than everyone treating her as a porcelain doll, I would have enjoyed it. Also, after Arnav returned, instead of him blackmailing Khushi to come back to RM and then going all sugar coaty lovey-dovey out of ASR's character, I would have preferred if Arnav truly repented for his actions. Made up to Khushi for what he did. ICvs could have showed growth in his character. Would have loved to see him as ASR demanding respect from the outside world and equally giving the same respect to Khushi his wife as solely her Arnav. Instead of Shitall track that ruined the characters completely, I would have preferred if it was handled in a right manner. Either Arnav or Anjali could have adopted Aarav. I didn't mind ArHi adopting Aarav. It;s always a sensitive issue for me, and would have loved it if they showed it in a different light. Aarav getting accustomed to his new family. Khushi and Arnav taking away his insecurities and them bonding as a family compared to Arnav spoiling Aarav and ArHi having parenting arguments. Instead of showing Mrs. India track, I would have loved it if Arnav encouraged Khushi to either complete her education, or Khushi to start a business with her traditional embroidery. I wanted Khushi to earn her name and be an equal partner intelligence and talent wise when it came to Professional world. I wanted her to be the sophisticated, elegant, and classy Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada and demand the respect from the world with her talent and actions just like her husband. I would have loved Arshi honeymoon, Khushi's pregnancy and ArHi supporting Aarav and again dealing with his insecurities of a little sibling. And then a happy ending. This would have led to a better story.
But overall, I am happy with the show. Even in the terrible tracks we had some nice ArHi scenes and I live with that.
