That was a heart breaking update, so sad poor arshi

i am speechless feeling like crying make arnav strong

what to say about this update. a really wonderful update. just loved it. so arnav so the ugly society khushi lives in. and i hope that when finally if khushi decides to defy her society its not too late. as arnav clearly said he believes in moving on. but only one thing i didnt like about khushi is her giving too much importance to the society. i agree her upbringing is like that. but when something nice waits for you you should always grab with your hands open. and just forget about the society. hope everything goes well with arnav and khushi. and am even scared ti think of what is waiting for khushi at her house. its sad to think that even payal is unable to understand her sister. will wait eagerly for your next update.

It aint something I need to say, but time and again, you compel me to remind you (if you forget that is) how much of an influence you and your writings are upon me. A transformation form a girl to a woman, then to a broader mind-set and more mature way of looking into things have had a great impact from you.

I had to give a presentation, the other day, on a random topic. And after I did, none were responding and I was a bit apprehensive if I made a blunder and made a fool of myself. But and then, our mentor came ahead and he asked, "Are you sure you are just 21?" He asked the hall how many understood what I spoke of and out of nearly 150, only something around 40-50 raised their hands. I was too damn upset, but and then, his next words threw me off the balance. "There is a thing called generation gap. Are you aware of it? You, dear lady, are astoundingly far mature and your mind set too broad and pristine, that, I am shocked that you are just 21. Whatever you said, will be understood and can be applauded by people of 35+ coz it is something they can relate to coz they'd have been through all of that. And, I am not kidding, count me in as your admirer, I am sure you do have many by now."

I dont have any admirers, not that I am aware of, but, do you understand what I mean? Along with the wonderful family that I have, you too, are one of the huge factors that make me grow, almost every day. I had been wanting to share this with you since that day and here I am. So, Akka, thank you. So very damn much.

Coming to SBH, I must admit, I am new to this mindset. As in, yes, there were times I wondered why she is being so anew to all this, and it took me a couple of chapters of re-reading and analyzing to understand the society and the family font that she has grown up in. For a woman who couldn't see any other dimension of the word love, for a woman who felt a lady riding bike is almost as an alien feat, it took me time to connect and understand her, from her POV. Understanding Arnav, Anjali and the rest of the folks was easy, but its Khushi who twisted my mind. But now, thanks to your elaborate and artistic explanation of the situations, I see what and why she is, whatever she is.

If I was empathetic regarding her loss, now I feel helpless and frustrated to see how she is still being kept in loss. If things be seen from her POV, she is right in her place. I still have to understand Sashi, Garima and most of all Payal's way of behaving with her, I shall soon, I hope. But, having seen how they are hovering and drowned in the so called societal rules, it is no shocker for Khushi to have felt so guilt ridden, angered at herself and finally pushed to take this decision. Yes, I can believe that she has never seen him in the light that he craved for, but it was her rebuff when he kocked the fact on her face that stunned me. I mean, how deep must she have broken, that she was blaming herself for the way their relation proceeded, let alone think to give a thought upon his words. And that is really shattering. If I were to play blame game, I'd put her family first, coz no matter what the society thinks, if they are with her, she'd face the world. Then comes the society, our age old enemy. (P.S. Did you know that there is a deep rooted belief that all Christian women are bound to have had atleast a couple of boyfriends before they get married? Yes, I was shocked and enraged and then felt pity for those brilliant brains when they kept prodding me to know how many boy-friends I'v had so far (to be bold enough, if I am a virgin yet), just coz I am a Christian.) And so, I am, if not shocked, then atleast prepared to see what and why she has taken the decision of whatever she did. All the lady needs is a lot more of push, a broader and opened view of life and world and loads of love, which I utterly doubt she'd get any if she'd stay in that hell-well.

Coming to Arnav, I don't think any man would act any different from what he did. But I must say, he did do good. I mean not at leaving Khushi, but yeah, that is needed as well, coz he, from his POV is beyond dead. To have heard in confirmation time and again that the moments he thought and felt and considered as the roots of the new phase of their relation being called as a mistake, an unintended mistake, a mistake coz of lack of understanding what was going on, would rip apart inside out.

But the move on thing, it is painful, too damn painful, from both the sides.

I have finally got a closure of being able to understand Khushi. But what I need to know is, how this society driven, and Arnav shaken girl would do further.

Phase 1 has ended on a victory note. Phase 2 on a defeat. I wonder what phase 3 has in store.

Kudos to you astounding talent. Waiting for more ahead.

I have not even spoken about the Gupta clan and moreso about Payal; although i did not have much expectation from her which i guess i did tell in one of the responses to albmum.

I did not speak anything about the happy moments at the start as i got carried away😳

But will not say anything now as its no point now.

Regarding writing - this was the third one on your story with 2 written impromptu and the last one was written for some other place but it was a perfect fit here so I repeated it which usually i don't do it otherwise.😳

The red one - I think its a hindi poem. When i heard it the first time the young woman warrior in me hated it so I can never forget these lines.

The rest of the quotes I read it and remember it especially the positive ones.😊

Songs that I share is me. I love these songs. The one that Faiqa shared was on my list aswell and I am surprised that you have not heard that song😲 😲

No pain no gain - I do believe in that however don't you think that your Arnav till date in this story has not gained anything in terms of his happiness (IN his relation with Khushi)? He is a giver. He has only given to Khushi I am not with you on this one. Usually i don't argue with the writers but on this one I can do it till end just because he is a very good soul and souls like him should not suffer else people in the world will think twice before doing a good deed.

If unintentionally you can give so much pain to Arnav that makes me think if you do it intentionally i will have to sit with Bucket😛😆
