All the guest as well as malhotra's had arrived mukty and cabir too along with them
They greeted each other...it was a full family function so it was a family day...
Nandini came down she met everyone ...maniks was just staring her...she was sensing his continuous gaze on her..but thought to ignore as she knew she'll start blushing..
Manik came near her and whispered
"Beautiful"
She smiled and replied
"Thanku"
"Wese mujhei nhi pata tha k tum 7 salo mein itny smart or cute hojao GI" said manik mischievously
"Really or !mujhei nhi pata tha k mein tumse shadi keru GI 7 sal bad werna mein Wese he not so cute nandini rehty" she replied faking anger
"But that's OK ..I'm glad now u think I'm cute as I'm getting married to the most handsome Mann...competition to banta hena " she again said proudly
Manik chuckled
"I'm just kidding... U were u are and always be beautiful" he said softly
Their baton wala romance was disturbed by cabir
Ahu,ahu.."sorry for disturbing u per nandini kajal aunty is calling you

"Chalo larkio dholki bajaei" exclaimed kajal excitedly
"Aunty ham nhi..??" Asked cabir curiously
Kajal:beta ye to larkio ka kam hota heina...
Cabir :but aunty I'm a drummer soo..
"Cabir you r a drummer but of our band onlyyy" said mukty mockingly
Cabir: tou what r we doing here then..??
Chalo manik in larkio ko kernei detey he Jo kery hei let's go..." Said cabir winking at mukty and alyia
Well that was their plan ..to tease manik...and he got succeeded... He took him with him...
"Arey per hum kaha jaei gey cabir rukna let's stay here only" pleaded manik
"Mere majnu challl" said cabir while pulling him

All sat on the floor..
Kajal was the one who was playing it
They sang songs ..with lots of teasing songs while nandini just blushed in reply to get more teasings...
Next day
ENGAGEMENT
it was a big day...the murthy mansion was undergoing in the process of decoration ...lots of servants slogging... Event planners were there... Foot men and who not as everything has to be perfect.. On the engagement ceremony of Murthys' one and only beloved daughter...

Nandini was talking over the phone ...
"Soha i told you not to take any appointment for 3 days .." Nandini said annoyingly..was angry Not because she'll have to go to hospital but in soha'/carelessness
"Sorry ma'am " replied soha ashamedly
"Huh..it's OK" nandini said and smiled ...don't worry I'll manage
"Nandini.. How'll you manage..??" Asked soha nervously
"I'll talk to tacker uncle"she replied determinedly
" OK"whispered soha
"Acha you r coming na today..?" Asked nandini
Nandini shares a good rapport with her colleagues.. And soha was the one with whom nandini gets along well ..but when it's about work nandini doesn't even leave her best friend ...
"Ya ya I am..and han listen u just relax ..I'll mange here mene mistake ki so lemme handle it now.." Replied soha
"Well ill still talk to uncle.." Nandini said
They hung up the phone...
" manik ne aj subha se phone nhi kia" nandini was self talking
She was getting curious...
Or aj manik kia kernei wala hei...she thought as she remembered his words on roka...
"Ok then wait till engagment" she remembered
She was continuously calling Manik
She silently prayed to her ayiapa and sat on the bed...when she heard the vibration of her phone...
She immediately bursted on him,
"Manik what is this ..tum mere call kiun nhi attend kerei they...do u have any idea how much I got worried... Tum bhul jatei ho k koi tumhari call ka wait kera hota . ..tumhei miss..."and she stopped there
" wait kera hota...tumhei miss..agey ..!!?"manik said teasingly
"Umm ..wo ..wo mera Matlab ..I mean" she stammered
"Bolo nandini kia Matlab tha..?said manik with his ever husky voice
" manik u tell where were u"asked nandini diverting his mind
Here she got succeeded
"Oh han ..I was taking shower nandini" he replied
Nandini started looking Down in embarrassment
"Manik I'm sorry mene socha he nhi k tum busy hogey..." she replied in a low voice
"Nandini what's wrong aisei kiu behave kery ho ...u r same I'm same ...just our relationship is taking another step...tum kabse mujhse sorry kehnei lag pery ...tumhei pura haq hei mujh per gussa kernei ka...han abhi biwi nhi ho.. per as a friend to heina...and u care for me so thora panic hogy..what's the big deal ...and I love when u care for me...my heart smiles literally...
She smiled and replied.."sorry..I mean ..han I know"
"Or ye Jo tumhara shy wala prob he...wo to bachpan se he hei ...Usk Leah I can't say anything...but soon wo bhi khatam keradu ga..!"manik said sheepishly
Now she blushed even harder
"Come on come on u can do it thora orrr"manik said chuckling
"Manik stop naaa" she replied shyly
Acha Nandini aren't you excited for today."asked manik excitingly
"Obviously I'm excited ...Wese bhi getting married to your best friend ...also when you know that he loves you alo.." Said nandini ..only by stopping herself on realising what she was saying
"Aloottt... Even more..hamesha" he completed her sentence and smiled
Nandini too smiled
"Manik u should get ready now.." She said
"Han Wese bhi I can't wait to make you my fianc"he replied emphasising on his word
And they hung up the call
Nandini kept smiling thinking.. How quickly and beautifully her life is changing...
She was bought out of her day dream..when alyia came
"Ye kia tu tiar nhi hui..Godd nandini its your engagement..." Shouted alyia
"Araam se ..araam se ..mein samnei hu dusrei riom mein nhi... .Wese bhi I was just .."said nandini calming her
" was just kia...now hurry up.." Again said alyia
Nandini smiled on her and got up to get ready

A beautiful lehnga choli...a red lehnga with beautiful border of black designed lace and brown frill lace... with choli which was blue but covered with thread embroidery ...it was tied with a single thread in the back showing her soft back...along with brown dupata that has black lace on the edges as border...her petite frame was a perfect fit in the dress gifted by her would be mother in law...she wore her makeup...she wore beautiful blue and brown+golden jhumkas...
Along with anklets in each of her wrist...
She was looking breathtakingly beautiful... Utterly divine
As soon as alyia entered the room..the sight in front of her made her say "WOW"
Alyia: Nandini ...u r looking gorgeous.. Seriously manik ka dil kerei ga aj he shadi kerke ahm lejaeiii ..or wo sab kerei his ka wo abhi patiently wait kera hei
Nandini blushed the darkest shade of red and then replied
"Thanku..or han aisa kuch nhi hei.."
"Look some one is blushing "said alyia teasingly
MALHOTRA MANSION
Manik was getting ready he was wearing a shirwani
"wah manik tu to aj bilkul different lagra he ..I mean manik malhotra handsome tou tha he per aj Jo lagra heina Usk Leah I don't have words...that's cauz here smile aj different hei" said mukty holding maniks hand
"Han manik" said cabir and hugged him
"Manik we r really very happy for you ..and we know u r gonna love her to infinity !!" Said cabir determinedly
"Yes cabir she's the one whom I have loved ..so much that words can't even describe" manik replied smilingly
"Good luck" mukty said and hugged him

MURTHY MANSION
The guests had arrived ..malhotra's came ..they were warmly welcomed
All were attending the guests..
"Arey hamary bahu kaha hei"asked nyonika curiously
" oh she was getting ready...she must be coming "replied kajal decisively
Manik was literally looking towards the stairs after every 2 secs ...restlessness was clearly seen on his face as he wanted to see his angel...
" kia hua manik aisei kiu khera hei...washroom Jana hei kia"cabir said naughtily . he and mukty bursted into laughter...
But There she came with alyia...she was looking breathtaking ..
Wow escaped form his mouth on which everyone giggled...
"Mun band ker macher (mosquito) chala jaei ga" cabir merely whispered
But little did cabir knew that his friend was not even listening to his blabbering... Well of course... Manik was adoring his would be wife and already best friend
he didn't even realise when she came near them
"Hello aunty," she said and bent to take blessings..but was stopped in the middle
"First of all u won't say aunty to me...just say MOM or mama ..and secondly betia paun nhi galei lagty hei"..!! nyonika exclaimed and hugged her tightly
Every one smiled to see it
" or han mujhei dad or papa anything but not uncle..!" Mr malhotra said joining them also taking her in his embrace
"OK na" asked both in unison
"Yes MOM and yes dad" she replied holding one hand of nyonika and one hand of Mr malhotra
Manik was so overwhelmed as he now has the world's 3 best people whom he loves the most.. like the love which is out of the world.. He was just smiling.. When Mr malhotra asked him to join them...and took both his son and would be daughter in law in his protective embrace...manik held nandini's hand which was on the back of Mr malhotra.
Nandini tried hard to free her hand but no manik being manik knows how to become naughty.. Even when everyone is around
Chalei ceremony shuru kerein" said kajal delightedly
"Han han chalo" every one said and moved to the stage which was decorated for the bride and groom ...
Both were told to take their places
Nyonika came forward to hand over the ring to manik ...
Kajal came forward to nandini and gave the ring to her
Both were smiling ,blushing..
Mukty cabir alyia were standing behind the sofa ..teasing..what else were they good at rather then it...
Soha had also arrived... And was feeling her self the luckiest one to be part of manik malhotras engagement
Finally they exchanged the rings ...
Every one congratulated them...nyonika came forward with a box
"Nandini this is for u " she said and gave the box to nandini
"Kholo or tell how's it" she again said
She opened the box to find a beautiful gold set that had beautiful earings,ring,bindia,and a necklace...
"Kesa laga" she asked lovingly
"Beautiful.. Thanku so much MOM" nandini replied and hugged nyonika
Every one smiled on them...
Then kajal gave gift to manik...mukty,alyia,cabir also came to give them gifts...
...
Nandini and manik were sitting... Their friends were not around..kajal called alya for some help...and mukty and cabir were ...don't know where...
"Congratulations..nandini" manik whispered
She smiled and without looking at him replied
"Same to you"
"So finally u r committed to me...now tou I can do what ever I want isn't it.." He said sheepishly
"Whaatt ...d...do you wanna do" she asked stammeringly as she knew his intentions
"Nandini ..jahan tak I know u r not thaatt innocent "he said emphasising the word *that*
" oh so u wanna do that.."she asked raising her eyebrow
"Hmm..yesss..that" he replied
"But manik kuch panei k Leah kuch kerna perta heinaaa.. And as a friend I wanna advice you k impress me ..and I'll give you what u want" she said cleverly
"Nandini murthy ...so again u r challenging me ...and not challenging balkei u r challenging on a challenge itself" manik exclaimed
"Yeah whatever " she replied
"Fine just wait and watch" he said ecstatically
And with that engagement ceremony came to the end on happy note...
