CHAPTER 17

Kushi just smiled at the employees and left the room.

After entering the room, the employees who resigned the job were standing muted but before Akash or Aman could speak they heard them speaking and was surprised.

Sorry sir, we should have at least come to you before we resigned the job said one of the employee and all of them looked guilty.

Akash was like what the, why are they looking this guilty. But he said it's ok but can you say what's your problem is?

Then they started to discuss about the problem and everything was settled for now and then the employees thanked and left from there. It was greater relief for Aman or otherwise ASR would have eaten me alive and would bark me to select new designer in a short period of time thought Aman.

Here ASR was also thinking about the same, the resignation had come as a big blow for him because they need to launch the new collection and he was thinking about the alternative to solve the problem, but that girl had solved the issue. But when Aman or Akash was not able to find, how did she find it in this short period? And also Aman/Akash can't go to every employee and ask about their problem. I should do something for this before some other problem arise in future. He will not allow this to happen.

Aman arranges the meeting with the HR Head and ask her to explain her behavior, how can she be this irresponsible. Something has to be done said ASR.

When Kushi entered the conference room she could see only Aman and Akash there, so she thought ASR might have left, but she didn't see two people who were standing in the further end of the cabin.

Ok and she looked at Akash. Just I need to ask you one thing Miss. Sindhyia how come the employees was ready to join AR once again and also asked sorry and not even created any ruckus here. I thought it will be a big matter to convince them.

It's very simple Mr. Akash, I just used Reverse Psychology.

We must make them believe they are guilty even though they are correct. Just I said to them that they had taken rash decision, at least they could have come and spoke to Aman. How much AR had developed their career blah blah said kushi. So they were guilty and it worked said kushi.

Kushi didn't expect this and she was shocked; even though Aman is her friend she had not expected this hug. She had lived in the culture her whole 25 years where they don't hug each other to express their love except their immediate Families, so it was very new to her and don't know what to do?

But then she didn't feel any wrong and she believe Aman it was just a small friendly hug so she just kept her hand in his back.

When kushi patted his back only Aman came to sense, what had he done? He don't know what to say to her, but he needed to say something before she misunderstood him, so he was blinking ,opening and closing the mouth but words were not at all coming.

Seeing that she laughed, she had not at all laughed like this for so many days.

Aman looks at your face she said that and once again kushi started to laugh. After composing herself she said.

Here Lavanya has no idea, who that girl was and also seeing ASR looking at her keenly she dint like it at all. When that girl teased Aman she thought ASR smiled a little but she don't know correctly because he had masked it suddenly. Only one thing was in her mind who is this girl?

That time only kushi saw there was some other audience in the room and turned to see who it was. There was ASR and a lady in Mid 20s with very modern outfit was standing there.

Aman introduced her, Sindhyia meet Miss. Lavanya Kashayb. ASR's he started..

But kushi cut him and said Ya I know I know she is one more person who is carrying a tag in her shoulder like you. So I have met two people from same group said kushi.

Everyone was looking at her like she was gone mad. But Aman was irritated. Sindhyia how much time have I said not say like that and was pouting as a small child.

Ok then I'm Leaving said kushi in common and were ready to leave but she turned and asked Aman can you give your mobile and extended her hand.

Aman also gave her without asking anything, she dialed a number. When the call got connected she smiled a genuine smile.

She walked away little distance but everyone was able to hear her.

She plainly replayed New Mobile like it was not new to her.

Her sister was ranting but she holds the phone away from her ear. She didn't listen to her sister.

Now everyone was looking at her and Aman was smiling at her openly.

After sometime she asked Priya are you there. Ok now you had finished your dose so transfer me the amount before today evening ok. It's frustrating without mobile.

Oh actually as usual I throw the mobile in bed but it slipped from their and kissed the floor said kushi casually. See Priya when I got that phone itself I said that right the mobile is not hearing my words, so today also it slipped. It's not my fault.

Ok Priya if this is what you are saying, then I will ask dad bye. Now she knows her sister will give positive answer.

I don't need much, may be 20 or 30 said kushi.

Oh ok no, I can't speak to Appa now just inform him that I will call him evening and also transfer money before evening. Ok Priya bye bye and kept the cal before her sister could speak something.

Before Aman could answer she started to blabber. Oh actually, I mean if you are free and don't have any work can you please come little earlier to pick me. She just showed her mobile and said oh my mobile braked, I need to get a new mobile I don't know any place here and everyone is speaking in Hindi and don't know what to do? If you once showed me the way to shopping mall surely next time I will go myself I will not bother you. So if you can? Can you she was holding her breath like her life depended on it.

Hey wait, surely I will come. You could have just asked me why you explaining are asked Aman.

She doesn't know whether she heard it right she was blinking her eyes repeatedly.
