Jiah's case is handed over to the CBI, so it's not just a regular investigation now. CBI won't have taken it up , had there not been some solid proof of foul-proof. It doesn't implicate anything but it also doesn't completely negate Jiah's family's claims in the case.

LOL, of course I know. Some people are tooo pathetic to even troll when serious discussion was going on. I was put off and that's why didn't bother yesterday with my essays 😆 But seeing how instead of discussing the topic on hand, they are busy discussing you and throwing some pity candies, I had to join back in... 😆

P.S: Even I am surprised how do A-holes like SRK or HR have blind support ? 😲 I mean cheating for me is like killing your family alive every day. If such f**kers have a blind support, I don't mind if there are delusional fangirls of Sallu. But then again, that's my moral compass... ;)

Bombay High Court directed the Investigating agency to identify if it was suicide or a homicide. So for now, it's not established what exactly happened.

If it was suicide, then clearly Jiah was a patient of clinical depression, she is not to be blamed and yes if she was alive , she would be charged and the same be dropped given her medical conditions. But the same cannot be said for the support system which includes her family and boyfriend equally. if they knew about it and didn't take steps to protect her or added to her stress they would be tried under the law.

As recent as June , CBI brought in Suraj and his father for questioning.

Given I hope we all respect the law of the land, lets just not play amateur detectives or doctors , Court and CBI are yet to establish the real reason for the death.

Suraj is not implicated because of some letter but rather there are certain circumstantial evidences which CBI are exploring. There is a lot in this case which is to be explored.

For me he is a d-bag , criminal or not- let the courts decide.

Phewww finally something to discuss on.

@Bold: LOL then what's the point of having such a law. Weird. Most people are clinical depressed or suffer from psychiatric conditions if they opt for suicide.

@Fiery- CBI is not roped in because of the letters . Thats bogus. It's because of certain body marks that were found and reports from a private forensic team which contradicted the initial investigation and suggested homicide.

Immature is not a curse word and why is it being considered so offensive? Jiah wasn't able to make the right decisions.

Did I offend any member here? Why am I being judge as a person or why my preferences are being Judged? Can't people just calm their knickers or get back to me in a more civil manner?? No right then expect worse from me.

Also, the law is too complicated , we generalize it. They won't arrest or try Suraj , just like that even for suicide but it's the homicide where he is being questioned . He is considered , at this point, a suspect for her homicide , along with his father.

and why I'm lashing out on Jiah's family is only because they claim all this was going on for a while yet they never stood up for it. and I have my right to feel it's totally wrong!!
