i guess arjun till now hasn't realized its love which he feels for radz.. He understands radz effect him, he is too drawn to her without his own consent but he doesn't know its LOVE..
Since now radhika has asked him "y he saved her", dis is the time he will himself realize its nothing else, but pure LOVE
