Get set to loosen your pocket a little bit more to watch your favorite star Salman Khan on the big screen. The tickets for his upcoming film Kick, also starring Jacqueline Fernanadez, will be sold at a hike of 15 to 20 percent.

Vishal Anand, operations head, Fun Cinemas, while talking to a leading tabloid, said, "For Kick, we are increasing prices by 15-20 percent. This is anyway done for big-ticket films and with Eid around the corner, we are factoring in the festive fervor. Our ticket pricing for Kick will be similar to what we charged for Dhoom 3.''

Trade expert Komal Nahata says, "The entire week will see tickets costing up to 15 to 20 percent more. If the film does well, distributors could even hike up prices by another 10 percent on Eid and Baasi Eid.''

In the past too, films like Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger, Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan andChennai Express, Ajay Devgn's Son Of Sardaar, and Aamir Khan's Talaash and Dhoom 3 have seen higher ticket prices.

PK article which is showing how much Ticket raise was there for every big film including ETT & Kick, lol at Aamir fans who are bringing articles having 20 rs hike for ETT & 15-20% for Kick, all those articles indicated WEEKEND HIKE, not WEEK HIKE.

While BOI clearly mentioned as 1st week of PK was highest 207 rs average ticket price, came to normal in 2nd week as per other biggies, so u can see how big inflation was.

Aamir fans couldn't come in 90's Aamir thread, came here to rescue SRK 🤣

blame karne se kaam thodi na chalega...doosre actors ko credit nahi doge kya...Shahrukh Khan ...chane bech kar itna bada star bana hai??

This vindictive attitude from media is just the burden that Salman has shouldered over all these years. Dil Tera Aashiq (which was indeed a heroine dominated story) is a Salman Khan flop, but HAHK is a Madhuri Dixit hit. Had Chandramukhi and Chand Ka tukda worked, they would have been Sridevi's hits. But as it happened, they are Salman Khan flops.

I am just telling u...what I have read about HAHK...and Salman was not a superstar at that time...it was both Salman and Madhuri's movie...just like DDLJ is both SRK/Kajol movie...the difference is that in DDLJ SRK got more appreciation and in HAHK it was Madhuri...they were not superstars then...so people could look at the performances objectively...instead of being biased by the superstardom of the lead actors like it happens now...

Madhuri Dixit's debut film with Rajshri was Arodh, which was a big flop, she couldn't make big even before HAHK & even after HAHK, despite working with Aamir/Srk, only 1 film she has on her career graph, which u can't just give credit to her. To bash Salman, it's easy to say it, while bashing the same Salman, credit will be shifted from heroines to him, like Jai Ho is Tabu's film also, it is written by A.R.Murgadoss also, but who is bashed most? Salman. If Jai Ho would have been big hit, Credit again would have given to above 2 names as Salman isn't worth.

For bajrangi bhaijaan if Sallu does not raise ticket prices as high as Aamir's PK, then I am going to blame Sallu.
