Rishabh didnt tel her the whole truth thinking it will not come out. But he is doing wrong. He is a nice man with good heart. He might become selfish to have his wife's love by keeping the truth to himself but honest man inside of him will always be miserable and he cant live in peace. Truth will come out one day but he should be honest and tell madhu everything. It is left to madhu to decide whether to believe him or not. She is not in a state to trust anyone but she is not dumb. She might take time to realize his true love but hiding the truth will break her again. Hope he will tell her everything soon.

Madhu is drunk and i think next part will include your second teaser. Eagerly waiting for the next part.
