jalal just keep staring at sleeping jo and babies,he feels very happy.Mirza"bhai bhabhi ko discharge kar di hey,we can take her.Jalal"mirza saare arrangements hogay.Mirza"bhai u dont worry ,lav ghar pe arrangements dekh rahi hey,bhabhi surprise tho hona hi hey and goes from there.in the evening jo wakes up and sees jalal and nurse hansling the babies.Jo"mujge uta diya hota and takes them from jalal.Jalal"tum bahut tired thi na tho isliye nahi utaya ,ab chalo tayyar nahi hona.Jo"kaha.Jalal"ghar nahi jana.jo gets excited and hugs jalal.they all together go to mohammad mansion,jo sees too many cars outside the mansion"jalal ye sab kya hey.Jalal"pehle andar tho chalo.jo gets surprised by the party and looks at jalal"mey chahta hoo ki jr mohammads ko puri duniya jaane.jo gets tears in her eyes .Jalal"ab jaldi chalo,tumne tho in dono ko naam rakdi par officially announce nahi karna.jo smiles and takes the babies and goes to get ready.jo wears a traditional muslim clothes and lav helps her in making babies ready and they come down.everyone just keep looking at her as even after becoming mother she is gorgeous.Jalal comes near her"mey tumhe surprise karna tha but u surprised me,vaise u r looking beautiful aur sexy bhi.jo whacks his arm while jalal says"vaise we can start the process to night.Jo"kaunsi process.Jalal"wahi hassan ,hussain ko behen laane ki. jo"tum kitne bbesharam ho.Jalal"wo tho mey hoo and winks at her.they place both hassan and hussain in cradle and everyone come there and bless the new born.
jo feels very happy looking at her babies.the party was almost over and jalal asks jo to take her tablets while jo insists to stay with the babies.jalal takes jo upstairs callimg mirza and lav to stay near babies .lav"mirza ye dono so gaye.Mirza"tho hum upar lejayenge party bhi hogay,guests bhi kam hey. lav"ok wait let me take hassan and she takes hassan and hugs him and gets shocked as she doesnt find him breathing and looks at mirza in horror.Mirza"kya huva aise ghoor kyu rahe ho.Lav"mirza hassan ka pulse check karo.Mirza"lekinLav"mirza pls.mirza checks hassan and he too gets shocked as hassan is no more,lav takes hussain and same thing happens with him.both just gets shocked while jalal taps them from behind"kya huva chalo give my sons and smile"jo washroom hey so give me hassan and lav get hussain,but there is no reaction on their face.jalal "kya huva aise kyu dekh rahe ho.Lav starts crying while mirza hardly speaks"bhai hassan aur hussain r dead.jalal slaps him"tumhari himmat kaise hue aise kahne ki and starts hitting him while mirza huggs him"bhai control ur self .jalal goes near the babies and takes them and hugs and starts crying"tum dono aise nahi kar sakthe tumhari ammi toot jayegi and cries the left over guests and family members feel bad seeing jalal.ammi after controlling herself comes near jalal"jalal jo ko bhi sambalna hey,mey uska duk and starts crying.jo is coming down ,everyone remain silent seeing her.Jo"aap sabko kya hogaya,aur jalal babies ko idhar do they slept and takes them in her hands and turns go while jalal hold s her and takes the babies and put them on ground.Jo'jalal yeh kyakar rahe ho.jalal holds her tight and says they r dead very faintly that it was audible to everyone as the room was silent.jo removes his hold sits on ground and keeps her hand near their nose and falls back while jalal supports her ,she hugs him"jalal kuch karo ,i want my babies and start shouting holding jalal's collor while she starts breathing heavily and faints.jalal takes jo to their room and comes down for the funeral rites while tina says"bhai i expected this as babies were weak.jalal"tumne bataya they were fine the other day.Tina"ha bhai but achanak se they became very weak.Lav"tho dono ek saat weak ho gay.Tina"it can happen sometimes u r also a doctor.i need not tell u.Lav"it may happend sometimes but why now.Tina"hume jaldi se babies ki funeral karna hey varna jo ka health bigad saktha hey.lav"pehle in dono ka test tho karna hoga and find out the reason of their death, but tina says jalal that it may be dangerous to jo if she again sees the bodies ,jalal without listening to lav takes the babies for funeral rites.
