I started watching this serial only recently; but havent seen any Sushama character...

sushma is not a character, it's sujay +reshma = sushma

I am not sure if anything is cooking between KK & Reshma. We have habit of linking just because they are holding hands or touching each other. Reshma's character change is shown by KK teasing her about Pavitrata at the end of epi. Tasa baghitala tar Minal ashuchya mandivar doke thevun zopli hoti. It could be just a pure friendship. Dilip - the word u r looking for is "gentle" may be.
