From the looks of it, Nisha is making Kabir extremely uncomfortable. I am guessing some kind of dupatta romance did happen. Either, like the almost kiss scene, Kabir initiated something which has left him feeling awkward now, or Nisha was probably and Kabir noticed that.

I don't get the eyelock in between, which Vimla break; but later again Kabir is all awkward and clearly uncomfortable.

Nope..the story isn't about Nisha and Kabir na...So I don't want leap but to show what happens to the cousins. Kabir can go to London for his dream while Nisha can stay back and join archery or do social service. Nisha can then be a part of the cousins track...and after course Kabir can join her back.

Hmmm, they had to work overnight to get things done, so KN stayed back at GH. So I guess at 12am, Nisha and cousins wished Kabir because the OLV is of the bday morning.

Maybe while wishing him she did something which caught his attention and hence making him uncomfortable? Or yeah, she is generally behaving strangely and finally he is reacting to that.
