as far the story is conserne ridhima was like saying BIG NO to operation just bcoz she won't be having their baby after tha,,
but as for now operation is done and there is no such complication so i guess.

ridhima want to have a baby.. who will b their love bug their blood roaming laughing spreading happiness with his/her little little antics ... she wants to have a baby armaan to herself from armaan which she is not able to put in her words...

Hmm I feel it ciyod be a few things
1) taking their relation forward, as in she is ready to take the next step.
2) she found out sonething about Tia probably her past with armaan
3) she is not well again
