Even at the L'Oreal Femina awards, both Sonam and Katrina walked red carpet but Aish didn't. Even now she gave this event a skip. It's good to make minimal appearances so that when you do make an appearance it grabs a lot of interest and curiosity.

Cannes will get a lot of attention 'cos of the scale of the event. Media covers it extensively as BW stars are attending an International event of that magnitude along with HW stars. L'Oreal takes a backseat there. I think that's why they are conducting these events in India in the run up so that the brand get highlighted more.
