@bold- i have said the same thing in one of my posts at the previous page, what makes you connect to Hassan-Rabeya more is the way Hassaim has shown these characters having a self thought process and how they are approaching their whole complexed situation ..

Hiral u remember or not, but there is a sequence in 22n episode where a devastated Hassan comes to Rabeya and begs her to leave him and go and she replies that how can she leave him when he's suffering like a lost soul, and he says that i am not a man for whom you can waste your life and she says that i can because i have loved you since 7 years and i understand your plight... this had me almost bawling, Hassan was in deep tears that he cannot even accept her love, which is more like worshipping him and she is broken that she cannot give Hassan his banno back, the only happiness he ever wants or desires for ...
yep spoilers ahead in this one too😛 Thanks Sundas😳 totally agree abt haissam presenting them in an intriguing way, i see rabia as a mirror image of hassan, she is like him in many ways..smart, standing up for what she thinks is right, even influential in asserting her opinion, loyal in love and even ready to destroy her own happiness (according to the others around her) in love..whereas therein is where lies her happiness - hassan's happiness and solace is hers..

Oh man I love that convo - 22nd epi one..it was so 😭 its easy to visualize the scenes and FBs of 7 years too, where secretly rabia was pining for him and nurtured affection for him...in another interesting convo they had, where hassan was angry at her (MUed her) that she could get any guy as she wants, then why just him?? same question from my end too, rabia was something else, she was loyal and in love with the guy who was never meant to be hers..but like u said, she never forced herself on him..
hassan did love rabia too na? as in he said - his love for her is more of a junoon, passion - did he mean it was on strictly physical attraction level? and the one for bano is more of a soul connection..
another which is my fav is where hassan tells her that she can never marry anyone else, becoz she is burning in the same fire as him💔 jalti hui lauu..! uff 🥺
TRUE THAT .. Infact Rabiah is the more stronger version of Hassan, who can lose him and with a happy heart while Hassan cannot bear the pain of losing banno, even if its for anybody's sake..She is like his kinder effect, and a woman of substance indeed, with beauty, brains and every quality which men desire for.. and its sad how Hassan could not acknowledge Rabiah for her goodness, but accepted her as a 2nd woman..
Hassan had misbehaved with her and wronged her at many occasions indeed, from blaming her for banno leaving him again, to trying to separate him from banno, he has accused her for something which she never even imagined for the man he was.. Also how he totally eradicates any sort of contacts and even explanations prior he breaks up with her, he really never had believed that Rabiah could be so understanding , and i do not blame him, he was terrified, shattered at Banno's return and feared of losing her for another woman, and thus he had to be this harsh with Rabiah, but i liked how Rabiah comes to him and asks him that was she so unworthy to be told that he does not want to marry her.. 😭
Hiral i feel Rabeya ould never go for any other man just how Hassan could never ever move over banno, they both are so similar and no wonder ended up being partners of mutual heart breaks and mutual sacrifices ... sometimes it takes a lot of strength and emotional struggle for a woman to become a man's second choice, a choice out of sacrifice, a choice to justify his first love.. Had Hassan not been so tormented, these would be so ugly from his front that he eaves her for banno, goes back to her banno, marries her for banno.. sighs..
Yes Hiral, Hassan meant that his attraction for Rabiah was solely on his desire for having a holding hand and he was somebody who was mesmerized bu her beauty, the need of a woman in his life had been ignited again by seeing Rabiah and her inevitable beauty.. His only mistake as he does not clarify about Banno to Rabiah, may be he just wanted to bury his past, but he had still loved Banno more, and Rabiah was in delusion that she is the only woman of his life who would never leave him.. Irony once again, that he leaves her immediately after their ring ceremony ...
