N I am sure Shikhar was not in Ritikaz target list but he gonna make an entry to it by saving Ishani from Ritika...

n its really funny that each time a new doctor comes to check Ritika.. RV never questions this

I feel Ritika kills the doctor as well each time because they might become a threat to her in future..

In future we might see a mass grave n Ritika hysterically laughing standing there...where all the doctors n everyone whom she murdered are buried😈

It reminds of movie Gupt..where Kajol turned out to be the psycho killer.. I kinda never expected it (since I was small that time😆) n got really scared watching the last scene where she tries to kill Manisha
