if you don't have salt in your diet, you can get thyroid problems

To make things even cornier and nonsensical here is my perfect lunch/dinner

Lunch (EAT HEAVY)
*******************
1. Start with Emon--haajmola, applicable before and after eating
2. Move to Amit--Chicken Biryani
3. End with Emon--haajmola

Dinner (Keep it light!)
********************
1. Start with Prashant--Tandoori roti/rice
2. Alongside have Ankita--Tandoori chicken/Chicken tikka masala
3. End with Emon--haajmola or else you will have trouble sleepign at night 😆
