^ Serious or funny, that's optional.. And there's no restriction re language. You can write in hindi, English or hinglish, whatever you prefer 😳.. As for characters, if you are making it funny then each character should be shown hysterical and if its serious then all of them should be earnest

You had said that the first episode of mr bean was in 1990 . So is it that we have to write based on that episode or can it be different.?
