I think maybe when Bhabho opposes the child donation, Ankur/Ankita may spill on the kidney donation 😆 b/c you know, they are one and the same 🤢

Ha ha ha! Sandhya Rathi had two kidneys so she gave one to Bhabo.

Now Sandhya Rathi is going to have two babies - so she will give one to Bulbul!!

It is not good to separate twins.

Sandhya should either keep both babies or let Ankita adopt both children.

The children are not born yet so she not count the chickens before they are hatched.

3 months pregnancy in the CVs calender is equal to about 3 months so if all is well the babies will be toddlers soon after birth. No logic.

I think in today's episode..
Either Sandhya will say babies are not kidney which I donated to BB...
Or Suraj will say, just as you donated kidney, you can donate baby. Kidney was also a part of your body, what is wrong...

And either of this conversation will be overheard by BB...
