The difference between the first and now is that time Manik hugged her close and water was dripping from his hair to her face.

However, in this shower scene, I felt there was more sexual tension, maybe because Nandini is reciprocating. I feel if Manik was shirtless and was holding her the same way as the first, it definitely would have been hotter and it was the right sort of music time.
